They came to spray for ants we had got alot of rain and it was wet and muddy under the house they did not want to spray said they would be back another day never seen or heard from them called to talk to a manager never got to talk to one done with them....... .

The technician who comes out is always friendly, professional, and very informative. He takes the time to explain things clearly, gives helpful advice, and really seems to care about doing a thorough job. After a service this spring several plants in our yard were stressed or dying. After repeated calls and stopping by the office with pictures and assurances that someone would stop to look at the damage. NO ONE has EVER stopped by to look at the damage. Until this spring we were satisfied with their service.

When we bought our home, the previous owner had some termite issues. They used Serfco to remedy the issue and maintained an annual termite policy with them, so we chose to continue with the policy with them. A few days ago, we were having new windows installed and when the installers removed one of the old windows, they found termite damage to some of the window framing. As far as we could tell, it looked like the damage was old and limited to that area around the window but to be safe, I called Serfco. I explained the issue to them over the phone. Serfco went out of their way to dispatch a technician immediately while the wall was open so they could check. Unfortunately, I can't remember the technicians name, but he arrived ahead of the time I was told he would be at our house. He professionally checked the area and agreed that the damage appeared to be old and limited to just around the window frame with no new activity. To be safe, he applied more chemicals to that area just in case there was new activity starting. If you need pest control services, call Serfco and they will take care of your needs.

Every time I have my annual inspection, the employees are so nice. They do a thorough inspection inside and out. I like that I can easily pay online. When I call to schedule the inspection, they are friendly and helpful on the phone. Highly recommended!

I called serfco the other day to set up Yearly service. The lady who answered the phone was great. We set up appointment which was very quick from the time I called. David came out this morning to do first service. He was dressed professionally and acted professionally. While he was spraying we had a conversation. He knows a good bit about insects and told me about different ones. I hope that is who comes next time. So far I am sold on serfco

SERFCO Pest control went from bad to worse. Their inspectors and follow up was lacking, to the point that our home suffered termite damage because they did not catch the problem on time. They also failed to cover the full cost of repairs. When we called them, this year, 2023, we requested an inspection, they said our policy had been terminated the prior year. After we checked our records, since we received no cancelation notice, we confirmed to them that we had actually been billed and paid the renewal fee, on time. They said they would have someone call us back. Five calls to them later, no one has called us back. We are still waiting. On second thought, we are done. NWA Neighbors beware.

Serf I was efficient in every way. They were prompt and did their job for what they quoted. I used this company for over 20 years in the house I had before this one. I hope they have them as my termite team for another 20 years.

They are ok for termite contracts, we've used them for several years. When they send your annual bill for inspection, you pay but they won't call you to schedule it...

Ted is our service technician and he is top notch, always on time, friendly, and professional. He starts our service with questions about the issues we may be having and then thoroughly spraying both inside our home and the exterior.
