Very professional yes Not at all

The serviceman today and always are professional and so polite. They always tell you everything they are doing.

Everything was super awesome until you try to cancel the service. I have been trying since Feb 28 which was my first email. Emailed back and forth and have been on a text message chain with someone at the office. It is now March 16 and I got a bill for March without any service done. Super frustrating. Please help pure nature and I’ll take this down.. Update: 3/24 Still getting billed, nothing resolved.

As a 7-year customer I’m always pleased with the service from this business. Both in scheduling & treatments. Very accommodating.

Our exterminator was very kind and respectful. He asked if there were any special requests that was needed before treatment. He told me exactly what he was going to do before treating my yard. Always happy with this company.

Sooo disappointed with my experience. Truly terrible. The tech that came out stepped in mud in my yard and tracked it all throughout my house. There are chunks of wet dirt deep within my carpets, my rug is ruined, you can even see his shoe prints of mud/dirt within my driveway walking to his truck as he was leaving. How he didn’t notice the tracks on my floors when he was walking is truly beyond me. I’ve been on my hands and knees trying to get mud out of my carpet. Even though this was unintentional, this shows a lack of care or respect for someone else’s home. It’s basic professionalism to have awareness of your shoes in this industry.

Service person left our gate open and our dogs got out without our knowledge. We spent an hour in the dark and cold looking for our dogs. I’m not sure why you cant leave it the way you found it? If the gate was closed when you entered then close it when you exit. Common sense and respect

I’ve used this Business for a few years. In July I requested they cancel my Services. No Contract. Billed month to month.. They are still Billing me and refuse to cancel and will not CREDIT the 2 Months they owe me They Claim that they will Credit me but still I’ve seen no Credit in my Account that they keep deducting the Money !!

I hate that I am giving one star because while the techs have always been professional, I'm feeling deceived by marketing. Also, they sprayed our pollinator garden :( We've been customers for years and specifically selected this company because we believed the treatments to be selective and environmentally friendly. I was devastated to learn while reading into the products that their main product kills everything -- including butterflies and bees. Of course this was especially horrific to learn after learning that they had sprayed our milkweed plants which had finally received monarch butterfly eggs this week. I have been kicking myself for misunderstanding, but in reading reviews noticed another woman praise them for being "natural" just a few days ago. We've been growing this pollinator garden for several years and when speaking to techs before, theyve assured us it wouldn't be a problem because they wouldn't spray the plants. Unfortunately, while reading back in our treatment history, I learned that we've also received overwintering treatment each year in our entire lawn.... Which means that our efforts to create safe lawns for overwintering butterfly larvae have not mattered. I should've been paying closer attention, but they'd already made me feel safe. On multiple posts and places on the website, they boast about the owner's "love for bugs" and environmental education and advertise themselves as "environmentally friendly" .... this treatment is not environmentally friendly. I'm truly heartbroken that we've been luring endangered butterflies to our garden and lawn just to kill their larvae. :( If you're looking for a traditional pest control company that is professional, then Pure Nature is great. You should just know what you're buying.

I have been using this company for over 3 years. Today a technician came to do his job. However, he opened both gates to my backyard and did not close them. I did not know the technician had been here. My dog went out the open gate and he almost got hit by a car!!! Technician either needs a good talking to, or get fired!

There has to be a better way…within 24 hours of application, I found 3 dead birds, my dog lost function of her limbs, and I just emptied my hummingbird feeders like I do every few days and the liquid inside smelled like pure chemical :( I should be at least told prior to take all my bird feeders down…but even then at what cost to the environment? My poor dog. At least she is feeling better after charcoal treatment and IVs… I can’t believe that any of this is safe or worth it. Cancelling service tomorrow morning.

Tech only sprayed by the front door and never around the whole house as usual. He never knocked to let us know he had started work like in the past visits. Tech never came inside to spray as was told the day before. I will be discontinuing service as I've lost trust.

Absolutely the worst communication from a company I’ve ever had. After trying to “modernize” and work remote no one seems to be able to keep in contact with one another. Multiple attempts to get a technician out to spray end in getting billed with no work getting done. After the recent tornadoes my yard was unserviceable so they wouldn’t even bother spraying the inside until it was cleaned up!!

The salesman was misleading and did not follow through with the offer he gave verbally. I’d be very hesitant using their services. Showed them my bill from a long term partner. Said they could price better and tried to lock me into a contract that was ultimately more expensive when I agreed to a first time service. Very sketchy way to go about business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a contract for service with them for over a year. At their last visit they used a “gnat spray” that stained the paint in every room in my home and my kitchen cabinets. I have used every type of cleaner to get it off. Nothing! I called multiple times asking for the manager to please return my call about the stained paint. No one ever returned my call. I cancelled and now I’m having to repaint the interior of my home.
