We had another new service technician for our service call today. His name is Charles. He was quick to introduce himself and asked if we needed any special requests. I asked him to place some of the glue boxes in our basement. He asked where the basement doors I told him. He took care of the request quickly and proceeded to take care of the rest of the outside service. He’s very knowledgeable professional and courteous. He completed the rest of the outdoor service we are subscribed to. He was very thorough. The service I use is the 6 times a year service plan instead of the 4 times a year plan. If you are looking for an outstanding company for pest control look no further.: Nature Guard Pest & Lawn is the Company you want to do business with. I have been using Nature Guard for a while now. I never see any bugs. Unfortunately I don't remember my technician's name. He provided excellent service covered everything well. He also was so nice and friendly.

We’ve been using Nature Guard for our general pest control since we moved here in 2023. They don’t need to come inside but once a year due to prevention in the yard and the perimeter of the house. We love this! We’re very pleased with the service and the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians. David was great today.

Disappointed in the service. Operator shows up sprays around the house and then leaves. Didn't see the technician scrubber or brush away any cobwebs wasp nest or any anything around the porch in the front of the house. I am also disappointed in the scheduling of the services supposed to be on a quarterly basis and this is two times in a row you showed up after 2 months. Overall I'm feeling like I'm paying for a quick squirt around the house. I don't fill iam getting a full service as I did on the first visit.
