This service has been great! They were very professional, thorough, and competent. I had many spiders, caterpillars, and sometimes other insects. Flex has made my home, garage, and deck almost insect free. This has lasted all season. Today I had my quarterly inspection and maintenance visit. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Ethics I tried to cancel service within the federally protected three-day right of rescission. I called five times on the final day to ensure proper cancellation. I spoke with multiple people, left messages, and was repeatedly told someone would call me back. No one ever did.
