After a total of five inspections a quotes, Watts had the best warranty as well as the best price hands down. Our technician Jahmaine was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of the many questions that my five little ones asked him. He explained everything to us, and completed our termite inspection and service in a timely manner leaving no mess behind. We are very happy with the service we received from Watts.

I have used Watts for all my pest needs since purchasing my home in 2016- pigeon removal and pigeon proofing, mud daubers, scorpions, spiders, termites ticks and roof/field rats.... they have always done a great job with prompt service. I have referred many friends to them as well. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there to do the bi-monthly service. Thanks Watts for being such a great family owned and operated business!

I have updated my review as I was recently disappointed. The first time they came they communicated with me letting me know when the guy would be at home. He was friendly and on time. However I needed them to return as I found a scorpion in my bed, yes my bed. But the follow up appointment was not a good experience. The truck broke down so they rescheduled for the next day. Then on the reschedule the guy didn't show. No phone call, no text, nothing. He just didn't show up. Very disappointed.

First, you mentioned that we missed your follow up appointment due to our vehicle being broke down. Actually, our technician was hit by another vehicle virtually immobilizing our vehicle requiring it to be towed for repair; therefore we prioritized your missed appointment for the very next day due to the inconvenience. Second, you mentioned that we did not call you today! In fact we did call you when we were in route to your property as we do with ALL of our customers, unfortunately you were unavailable to answer our call. If you would kindly check your messages you will find that we did call you (as a courtesy I am not listing your number for privacy reasons, but please check the number that you provided us for your account). Third, you mentioned that we did not service your property today! In fact we did service your property today on the interior of the structure addressing ALL areas of concern while communicating extensively throughout the service with the man of the home! Fourth, you mentioned that you are disappointed by the fact that you are seeing scorpions less than 30 days after your initial service. We do our best to educate our customers in an effort to set clear and realistic expectations prior to setting service. With scorpions we communicate the fact that because of their unique characteristics and several other factors that this renders them more challenging to eradicate requiring multiple services in order to gain control. This is true with ANY company regardless of their methodology! Furthermore, when we initially serviced your property you requested that we NOT service the upstairs or the garage, coincidentally it is the upstairs where you found the scorpion.<br><br>Because we value our online reputation and feel that the content of your review is unfounded and simply not accurate, we ask that if you feel it appropriate, to please write a revised review on the basis that this review is not indicative of what actually transpired. I am not asking you to change your feelings. I am presuming that perhaps this review may have been sent a little prematurely?<br><br>Again, I am sorry for the fact that we missed your appointment yesterday due to the traffic accident and because you expected not to see a scorpion after our initial visit. I hope that I helped to clarify some of the confusion.<br><br>In the future if you ever have a concern, please pick up the phone and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue! We have been using Watts Pest Prevention services for almost three years. They have always provided an extraordinary service. I can depend on them and call them if I need an additional service when I notice an activity around my property which they need to take care for. They always react very fast.The staff is extremely nice and always very helpful. The service guys have worked for the company for a long time so I know them which is always nice when you are letting people in your house. Their fees are very appropriate and they have never charged us for additional services. We are extremely satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend them.
