I have been a Bulwark customer for many years (over 25 years). They take care of their customers!! I had Jakar P. service our property today. He took the time to move our grandbabies toys away from the house so he could spray, he moved shoes away from the doorway. He took the time to ensure toys and stuff didn't get saturated with product! Thank you Jakar! Bulwark is the ONLY pest control company I will ever use! I HIGHLTY recommend them!!!!!
Marcus Santiago was amazing today he hit all the Spider 🕷 web 🕸 on the house, changed out all Rat traps, sprayed for Scorpions 🦂 and even sprayed in the garage. 10 out of 10

The service has been great—super professional—and I always get a heads‑up before my scheduled day. The technician is always on time, really friendly, and very thorough. Chris Pate is the one who originally got me set up with Bulwark, and after trying other pest control companies, I can say Bulwark has come the closest to wiping out a pretty bad scorpion problem. I used to think scorpions were just going to be a part of living in this house, but I haven’t seen one—inside or outside—in over seven months. I really wish I had used Bulwark at my previous home, which had an even worse scorpion issue. Overall, I’d recommend Bulwark to anyone.

There's no one pick up the phone, while you await your connecting call.. line just cut off on me 4 times.
CAUTION: FRAUD This company has fraudulently charged my credit card. On 4/25, they charged my card for the monthly fee, however the charge was not approved by me (I'm not on auto pay either) and did not apply to my account. So where did my money go? I've tried to contact them through the online chat to get this resolved, but I never get past the bot that keeps telling me that they will call me at THEIR convenience, which just so happens to always be family or dinner time. I am now in discussions with them via Email, and it is proving to be challenging at best. Up until now they have done a good job keeping my home bug free. However it only takes one time getting a fraudulent charge and we have a problem. Mix that with their customer service that is will not provide a non-verbal resolution, and I'm done. I expect to have my CC info wiped from their systems, a refund issues, and my account closed. My next step will be to dispute the transaction with the bank and contact the BBB. I hope Bulwark will work with me to resolve this issue before I'm forced to take further action. UPDATE 5/22 Bulwark has been calling me nightly since I've been having issues with them. All calls have been around or after 630pm. Tonight they called me at 745pm and I finally had enough so I answered. Nobody was on the other end of the line and they eventually dropped the call. So I called them back and was able to talk to a person. Turns out they have been harassing me over this online review. They haven't been trying to contact me to fix the issue. No, I had to get the BBB involved for that to happen. But they have been harassing me over an online review... Unbelievable. I have said it on the call, and now I'm saying it publicly on a Google review. Bulwark, this is harassment. You are too crease and desist your harassments immediately or I'll be forced to take additional actions like I've already been forced to do with the BBB.

Due to<br>the situation regarding a possible payment that should have never been<br>withdrawn from your account I took some time to perform and in depth<br>audit on your account. You are correct while you were an active<br>customer with us the account was never set up on any auto-payments.<br>You always made on time payments through our online customer portal.<br>Looking into the payments you had made a payment on 4/14/24 however<br>our payment processing was down and caused stuck payments. These<br>payments were eventually pushed through on 4/25, you did not have a<br>negative overpayment balance at any point on your account. We do<br>understand the lack of communication regarding the payment not<br>processing on that date and the confusion this caused. We are a family<br>owned company and strive to provide the best communication and<br>customer service as possible. We would never fraudulently charge any<br>of our customers and always do our best to make things right if we<br>dropped the ball. They had been inspecting and spraying my homes around 10 years. Every year in April, we made an appointment, they came to my house did a service, and I paid off my bill on time. Last year (2022), I did NOT confirm the appointment, they came to my house, did spraying my house. I was unhappy but still paid off my bill. This year (2023), when they called me for an appointment, I told them I moved out, didn't need their service. They said they will close my account, and charge me $31.15. Of courese I refused. Today I received a letter from ARM which is a debt collector. It is unbeliveable, they did nothing why they wanted me to pay.

We were able to find that you did in fact call in<br>informing us that you moved and sold the home. It appears we credited<br>your balance for the months the service was not under warranty which<br>was the remainder of the year. Starting from April to June the service<br>was under warranty and this is why our supervisor left the pro-rated charge<br>of $31.15. However, we are willing to clear this charge as we would<br>love to work with you in the future and did not intend to upset you by<br>leaving this balance on the account. Not sure how these guys have a high rating because the service is abysmal. Bought our house two years ago and decided to stick with the service as it is what the previous homeowners used. We come from the southeast where the bugs are big and relentless. After the first couple of visits we never saw pests inside our home with our prior provider. It's the opposite with bulwark. What started out as seemingly solid service has gotten progressively worse. They send us the same generic scripted text messages for each visit and somehow the bugs have gotten worse every month. I literally don't know what I'm paying for with these folks. I never see the service technician or even know he came by other than the generic text after he supposedly sprays around the property. They probably sit in the truck for 10 minutes and then drive away without doing anything based on the results. I can't fire these guys and move to someone else fast enough. You've been warned.

We<br>do have GPS on all of our company trucks and we would never sit in the<br>truck and not treat as this goes completely against our company policy<br>and procedures. This company is disorganized. The person who came and did the service the few times I was able to get them out was awesome. The company just forgets you are on a monthly schedule. They don't show up for 3 months then call for credit card info. Don't use this company.

Our garden was sprayed last year with bug spray. Just last week they came to follow up on weeds and sprayed our vegetable garden including the new garden rows we built to grow food. I noticed all of the yellow stains all over our vegetables that we grow for our family. Audrey and Mason have shown little care, as has the CEO. Luckily the department of Agriculture is taking care of this adding to the many other complaints against Bulwark. Carrie asked for a 5 star review for the bug spray service, she deserves it, unfortunately she is affiliated with a company that is spraying poisonous toxins on food. .

I have no words...my family and I did so much hard work on our garden. Last year we saw them spray our garden with bug spray, contaminated our garden. Now they have completely destroyed our garden, yellow weed spray all over my new garden rows. Now nothing will grow here. These people are completely irresponsible and are no longer permitted on our property.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time they have sprayed, contaminated and destroyed my garden. We grow food to feed our family. In the notes it is very specific about not spraying that area. Last year they doused it in bug spray. Last week they sprayed our new garden rows with weed spray completely destroying it...
Worst experience. I've had them for about 5 months and due to their lack of scheduling issues they show up on the wrong date every week only to tell me now they can't get me on the original appointment I scheduled. No one is on the same page and I get a min of 4 calls a week just from them being confused on what day and time I was scheduled. I spoke to the manager telling him my frustrations and he put it on me. He said I'm inconsistent and they did nothing wrong. I expressed how unprofessional it is to blame a customer for their issues and he said "that's fine". Told him he can listen to previous calls to see how confused everyone is and he said he won't waste his time because it's my fault. I had 2 people I referred that will now end service since they are rude, unprofessional and confused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We called for a quote for scorpion services. We were qouted $159 for initial service and was offered a $50 discount on the initial service if we agreed to continued monthly service of $83. We requested to schedule an appointment however that we weren't interested in the discount/agreeing to the monthly service. We were then informed that we can't do that. Upon, confirming if we were being told that we can't just pay for the regularly priced initial service and schedule an appointment. The representative simply stated, okay, and just stopped talking. Uncertain of what was going on after sitting in silence for quite a while, I stated hello are you there. He simply replied, yeah. I then inquired if we were scheduling an appointment or what was going on. He then stated, oh, I didn't know what you wanted to do. He was completely unengaged and uninterested. I just stated that we'd call around and call back if we were interested in moving forward. From the moment we stated that we weren't interested in signing up for the ongoing services this company's customer service and interest in our business went out the window. This is NOT how you do business and NOT how you gain regular new clientele. We probably would have used them if we needed service again. Now they won't get our business at all!
