We've had our service done by Stephen G before and both times has been disappointing. His approach in both instances has been rushed and not as detailed as service we've received in the past by his peers. Does not do a thorough spray inside my fiancee asked him to spray in our bedroom and he said he did and she seen he did not. Did not adjust his spray from the inside to outside like other techs have done and would not change out the traps in the garage, both times. The last time he was here I advised the tech that came after him and he said that he didn't know why he wouldn't just change them out. We've been using Orange Pest Control for nearly 3 years now and we'd prefer not to have him again or it would be time to take our business elsewhere.

Today, Justin was very courteous and professional. I've been using Orange Pest Control for many years. I highly recommend them.

I've been a customer of Orange Pest Control for 8 years and have always been happy with their service and level of customer care. The technicians who have come to our home have been respectful, professional and polite. They answer any questions I have and offer to spray the interior each time.

Right on time, thorough job. . Update: The technician today was thorough enough to check the water valve boxes in the ground by my garage-large swarm of bees. I called the office, and agreed to have them service this while the tech was still here today. That's all done and as someone with an allergy to bee stings, that's good news.

They call your cell phone with an unknown caller banner. It rings about half a ring then nothing. A moment later I have a voicemail and it’s this company pitching it’s services. This is a no class way to do business. I got my call on the 4th of July. You have to be seriously desperate to operate this way. I will never hire your company.

Bait and switch! They are fraudulent dont believe the scam! They lied and said $49.99 every other month then the rep shows up and says no you pay that every month but only receive services every other month! It's a complete scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I saw an Orange Pest Control Vehicle with a vehicle number being 6. It cut off, flipped off, and honked at another vehicle on Beeline. I definitely won't choose this company, especially if this is how they drive near my home.

I live in south mountain and scorpions are tough. I had Orange for a year and still saw scorpions regularly so I’m not sure they have the best product for tough areas like mine. I even saw a baby scorpion recently so they’re even reproducing nearby and I just decided to go with another company

I’m really sad to write this review as I spoke so highly of them in the past and even referred multiple neighbors to them. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I’m not sure if they hired new techs but the techs that have recently been to my home the past couple months have been extremely lazy. To give you an idea, a visit from Orange Pest used to take a minimum 20 minutes as they were very thorough with dusting the trims of the home before applying the pesticide around the house. Now the techs are in and out within 5 minutes. They dust briefly where they think our camera can see them but what they do not know is we have cameras hidden all around our backyard and I see them month after month cutting corners with every visit. And the cherry on top of all of this is that they raised their prices! Hilarious. I have been with this company when it was just starting, and whoever the techs were that worked for this company in the early days did great, but these new techs are awfully lazy. My neighbors all have been experiencing the same lazy work and have seen it with their own cameras too. Please improve your service and retrain your techs to do a more thorough job. Just because you are a growing company, it doesn’t mean you can start to give worse service. Make your price increase worth it or I’ll need to give my business to a company that doesn’t cut corners and has better techs.

They came 3 separate times in just a few weeks. The problem never got any better or went away. I reached out too see what the problem was and they sent someone out again and charged me again eventhough the service provided was not actually provided.

I used his company for what they called a flush. $119. And they would spray everywhere o flush out the bugs and kill them. Apparently it flushed them out but didn’t kill or even reduce the number of bugs I was dealing with. I called but because I didn’t purchase the repeat service they did give any guarantee nor come out and make it right. The service tech was here and gone in very little time. He was not aware he was to do the inside as well but of course he did but very briefly. Now I am having to get another service and pay again.

I'm rating a 1 for their costumer service..I don't know why they have a contact page for us to email them and they don't email back or call. And I gave them 1 week to contact me back and nothing. So I found them again only and I called them and got their voice mail and 1 week later still no call back. They must be rich and should tell me how since they don't need more money and new clients.
