fee a little high but Jake was very pleasant and informative I now have caught 23 roof rats and Raptor was excellent the service they gave me was the best. Always polite and efficient I would highly recommend them as a rat exterminator

We have made verifiable progress with a long standing rodent problem in just two short weeks. We now are in a monitoring mode to verify our problem is resolved. We called them to take care of the woodpeckers that peck holes in our house. They treat the area, hang deterrent balloons and patch all of the holes that the woodpeckers pecked in the house. Very nice and professional tech and we got next day service. We recommend them to all of our neighbors

Great service. We have problems every year with woodpeckers that peck holes in our house. This is the second year we have obtained services from Raptor to take care of the damage they have done and treat our house to keep them away. We got next day service. The tech was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this service. In fact, I recommend them to all of my neighbors.

Jake from Raptor Pest Control was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and offered practical, helpful advice based on his experience. Wayde conducted a thorough smoke test, which helped identify the poorly sealing sump pump. Jason assisted in catching three roof rats in the attic, and the camera and trap methods proved to be effective. Jesse found a small entrance in the attic that led to a hidden area where I could hear the rats’ activity but had never reached before. I appreciated their hard work, and I am looking forward to sealing the entry points and completing the exclusion process soon.

The service is exceptional! We were referred to Raptor Pest Solutions by our scorpion post company, Orange pest control. We had recently discovered roof rats in our house!(Needless to say I am not happy about that!) But Jake came out the next day and inspected our house. This company does great work. I’ve been dealing with a bird issue on the roof of my condo in which I found Raptor on Google. They were very responsive, very professional, and the scheduling was quick. Jake came out with his drone and assessed the entire roof and recommended any preventative measures. He even colored sections of the photos which made it really easy for me to handover to my HOA. The cherry on top, they even cleaned and sanitized the roof which was something I’ve been needing to do for awhile, all at a price which was a fraction of what I was quoted in the past.
