I don’t know about their work, but, The young kid driving a Chevy Colorado doesn’t know how to drive very aggressive. Truck was already beat up like he’s been in a few accidents.

Absolutely the best, 3 days from quote to completion, before and after pictures attached. The 3 guys that did the cleanup and install were very professional and courtesy. I highly recommend this group to anyone for pigeon cleanup and removal.

They get 1 star mainly because they don't stand behind their work and have proven to be disrespectful and unprofessional. We had them cage our columns. I was assured it would look clean and professional. You can see what we got from the photos. I've asked to be credited the $240.00 and they refuse to respond to my messages, texts, and e-mails. I now need to remove what they did, patch and paint staple holes and re-do it myself. So sad a company choses to conduct themselves in this manner. There are many other options out there to consider. I wouldn't recommend these guys. They apparently have no integrity.

I don’t even know where to start with this company. Please, save your money and do not even consider using them for pigeon issues. I paid over $1,500 and the work had almost zero impact. The pigeons are still here as if nothing was ever done. They claim to clean every time they set a trap. That is a blatant lie. I have Ring camera footage showing they spent 5 mins to put a trap and left. Their “service” consists of dropping off a trap in two minutes and then ignoring calls until you chase them multiple times to get it picked up. This is, without question, one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. It starts with the front desk, continues with the service advisor (who I won’t bother naming), and goes all the way up to the owner himself, who actually called me just to say they won’t service me anymore and won’t refund a single dollar. That is their idea of customer service. To make it worse, we had a 5-year contract, and after less than a year I was basically told: “Do whatever you want, we won’t service you.” How is that even remotely acceptable? They deliberately avoid picking up the phone, run with skeleton staff, and still try to squeeze thousands of dollars out of customers. The service advisor lied straight to my face about “cleaning every time,” then hung up on me. The owner’s response? “We can’t do anything and we won’t refund anything.” Unbelievable. As a business owner myself, I know what it means when a customer is pleading for help. Instead of listening, this company treats its employees excuses like gospel truth and dismisses the paying customer. My call logs show how patient and respectful I’ve been up until now. There is a limit. And now, after all this, they have the audacity to ask for more money for additional trapping when the original design they installed clearly failed. The pigeons are literally sitting right on top of the wires and nets they put in. Zero improvement. Zero accountability. This company is nothing but a cash grab, and I have never been this disgusted with a service provider in my life.

Excellent service and quality. The work was done quickly and looks great and our total was actually less than the quote. Would highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin my experience with this company has been mind blowing in the worst way. First I was promised work to be completed by the initial sales person that did an inspection. Come the day of the install services were not rendered that the salesperson promised. It finally took the owner being contacted to remedy the situation at which time he advised the services promised would be completed and apologized, I thought it was settled at that point and was appreciative of the responsible owner (so I thought). I was wrong because even after all that, the services were still not completed. When the owner is a liar that should be the biggest red flag ever to not use this company. Fast forward a month later the services they actually did complete has made the pigeon problem 10x worse and the equipment they installed is breaking down and coming apart. I had another actual reputable company come out and they pointed out so many mistakes and shortcuts made by pigeon pros and also explained that they are known for this. Safe yourself the time and headache and do not even contemplate utilizing this company.

Absolutely furious with Pigeon Pros. We paid good money expecting professional, humane service — instead, they left the nesting area completely uncleaned, and a bird died inside because of their negligence. That alone is unacceptable. When we called to have them come back and clean it properly, the guy who answered the call was rude, dismissive, and zero accountability, zero care! This service is not cheap, and for the price we paid, we expected quality materials and decent customer service — we got neither. The whole experience was a waste of money and caused unnecessary distress. We’re beyond dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else who actually knows what they’re doing — and who treats people (and animals) with basic respect.

We own a commercial building and, based on our experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. They failed to resolve the pigeon issue did a minimum work for high premium price, and when we pointed out that their installation wasn’t effective, they attempted to charge us instead of addressing the problem.

I was away for work and had the service scheduled to pigeon proof my rooftop solar panels. I came back to a clean looking professional job that is better looking than I expected. Great job, reasonable price.

PigeonPros seems professional and first. Quote seemed comprehensive and they were willing to make changes based on my needs. But quality of work is lacking. Paid over $2000 for work to be done at my business. They did netting around an area with a zipper. The zipper location makes getting in and out of the area difficult. Also had bird wiring done but this was poorly done - wiring is loose and instead of being tight. With how loose it is, I foresee the wiring becoming ineffective at deterring birds from sitting on the building. Some areas of the wiring pins are not sealed - ready for water damage to occur. Also, they left trash on the roof of the property (only part of it pictured below) - I cleaned the rest. I explained my frustrations. They sent someone to evaluate and perform "warranty repair" but after going back it appears like nothing was fixed. I have explained these issues again but have yet to hear back. Will not use them again. Edit: downgrade from 3 to 1 star. they continue to come do repairs or complete the work but there's always something not completely which requires that I get up on the roof and inspect it. Birdwire was completely removed in one area where it was before, pin locations still not sealed. They areThere's clearly no leadership oversight. Very frustrating to deal with and constantly have to babysit

I would not recommend this company. They are unreliable, fail to show up as scheduled, do not return calls, and lack professionalism when addressing concerns about their work.

Darren and Tommy came and took care of our pigeon problem as related to our solar panel array. There had been at least one pair living under the panels. Today, the pair of pigeons are lost and are searching for new lodging.

Team was great. Easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Pigeon Pros came by today to install the deterrents and spikes. They were very efficient and the area was left clean with no bird droppings! Thank you!

Pigeon Pros are very professional and provide excellent service. They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, were out to give me an estimate for the proposed work within a day, and were able to complete the work two days later. I would highly recommend them.

Pigeon Pros did an outstanding job pigeon proofing my solar installation. Technicians Joseph Vivanco and Anthony Nguyen were especially competent and thorough.

It’s been a few weeks since we had our solar panels pigeon-proofed and pigeon wires added to other parts of our roof. I'm happy to say I can no longer hear the pigeons cooing in the morning above my bedroom! I've only seen a few birds land on the roof and none of them are nesting anymore. Pigeon Pros had the fastest response time and best prices of all the companies I contacted. So glad we got this done!

A very good crew, who were knowledgable and courteous. Whenver I had a question, they had an answer for me. I will use them again.

This is a terrific service! Highly recommend. The easiest and quickest company I have worked with in a long time. Estimate, communication, scheduling was fast and seamless. Team that did the work was fantastic. Super happy.

I didn't ever receive the quote I requested and the communication was not good at all. I scheduled a time for the quote and they informed me they were on their way. They were upfront about how I didn't necessarily need to be home, because they would use a drone to get photos to create the quote. Even so, I wasn't notified when they were finished at my home. They didn't give me a timeline of when to expect the quote. I called four days later to request my quote and they found my file and they did have it. They said the person just forgot to send it. They said they would email it to me right away and to call back if I had any questions. I never got the email with the quote and yes, I checked my spam. The poor communication and professionalism turned me away.

I would stay away from Pigeon Pros. There are several other companies that do the same work and are much more professional to deal with. I had just replaced my roof and had Pigeon Pros come back out to reinstall the bird wire they had installed before the roof replacement and I paid them for that. During that reinstalletion they broke 5 of my new tiles due to not walking on the roof properly. Luckily my roofing company out of courtesy supplied the new tiles at no charge to Pigeon Pros since the owner, Daren was adament that his techs would replace the broken tiles. I even offered to split the cost to replace the broken tiles with Daren since his line of business is not roofing so I was concerned of voiding my roof warranty. From that point on it became a nightmare and the poor techs that they sent had only worked for the company for a few months and did not know anything that was going on as the office manager/dispatcher never forwarded any info so they would show up at my door semi-clueless and could not complete the job. After weeks and much frustration, I received a call from the owner, Daren. He was very rude, originally thinking the issue was about one of my other houses that they had done which I corrected him on. He then told me that they did not want my business any longer and good bye! He literally said he was firing me as customer! I have never heard that before in my life. Fortunately I found three other Pigeon control companies here in the valley via google. I chose Proficient Pigeon Solutions LLC who came out and because it only took them 5 minutes to complete they did not even charge me. They were so pleasant to do business with unlike Pigeon Pros. My advice is to google the other Pigeon Control Companies and I definitly recommend Proficient Pigeon Solutions LLC and not Pigeon Pros. I feel like I had PTSD dealing with this company. So glad I am done with them and have other companies to do business with. It's kind of like insurance. You don't know how good the company is until you have a claim or problem. I learned my lesson on this company! I had to laugh at this response I just read from the owner. Does not surprise me at all! He is a hot head! Called them over a hundred times? Ha, Ha, That would be a little time consumming! Been on my roof over 20 times?, Ha, Ha, Ha, another lie! The broken tiles they caused, my roofing company actually supplied them to me to help out in this situation. Pigeons Pros did not purchase the tiles and they actually did not even replace all of the broken tiles. I had to have Proficient Pigeon Solutions complete the work. Again, terrible company to deal with!

Unfortunately we learned the warranty that is touted is only for pigeons and no other birds. We had them install a wire barrier for a problem area. Less than a year later the birds made a nest there. We waited over a week for someone from Pigeon Pros to come out and check out the problem. When he arrived he said “Our name is Pigeon Pros and our warranty is only for pigeons.” Regardless, we needed help and he said he would send over a quote. Over two weeks later we still haven’t received our written quote so we went with a competitor to fix our problem and they have a warranty for ALL birds.

Called these guys out to get rid of some pigeons in my attic. Someone came out and assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote. When they came out to do the job however, the workers felt they couldn't complete the clean up in the attic due to location. This is fine except that they didn't tell me until after completing the screening part of the job. They removed the cleaning from the fees but $252 just to screen a hole is excessive and would rather have done it myself. I paid it anyway and was told that they would talk to their boss about how to clean the attic. Never received a call. Called the next Tuesday for a refundafter I found they did not clear the pigeons before screening the hole, leaving my attic lights on, and not closing my attic causing me to cool down the attic for a whole day. Was told my number would be forwarded to Daren and he would call back but never received a call. Called again on Thursday before the close of business and no one answered. Have left multiple voicemails during this whole process and not one has ever been returned.
