Extremely Disappointed - Fraudulent and Unprofessional I hired this company based on a neighbor's recommendation on Nextdoor, but my experience has been nothing short of terrible. Their contract explicitly stated they would use Termidor for termite treatment, but instead, they used Dominion without informing me. This is deceptive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, termites reappeared less than a year after they treated the whole house. I called multiple times to address the issue but received no response. I even sent emails, but they have completely ignored me. I was willing to pay the renewal fee, but this time I wanted them to use good quality materials like Termidor, as initially promised. It's becoming clear that the reviews I relied on might have been bought, as this company does not seem to operate with integrity or care about its customers. I trusted them to do the job right, but I feel defrauded. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!

They may do a great job in house but on the road, do not follow. None of the workers can drive, almost crashed into me and a few other cars. Also failed to display turn signals when needed on multiple stops, just stay safe when you see Pest Control Solutions on the road. Especially Rubin, older gentleman who cannot tell which way is right and wrong.

I’ve been with Pest Control Solutions for 20+ years here in Chandler, Arizona. Always excellent service and reasonably priced. If I did have any problems, they always listened and we always worked it out to my satisfaction. Also, I have a Termite contract with them. I have no problem recommending Pest Control Solutions For your pest control Problems.

I have used Pest Control for 11 years and have been very pleased. In that time I have had very little experiences with any kind of bugs. Ruben is always on time and very kind.

I have used Pest Control Solutions for many years on several different properties. In the past I have referred them to other associates. This company has changed sooooo much over the past few years... NOT FOR THE GOOD! They never answer the phone, they say they mail things out 4 times... you never receive anything. After being in business myself for 32+ years, it is sad to see a business that had so much potential completely miss-step... I came on here to review this company, because I am so disappointed. Apparently, there are a lot of other people that feel similar. It's a shame. The past few years with this company have been nothing but a waste of time and money... every property that I paid them to do Termite control, they all came back. They would come out and treat, the termites would come back. They would come out again... you guessed it, the bugs came back again! I've never been that big of a believer in reviews, but after reading all of the other bad reviews on here... they are, in my personal experience, 99% correct.

This company does a wonderful job with termite inspections, however, I'm not so sure they do well with termite treatment and they certainlydo naot make it easy to get a hold of anyone. We had the house treated after the initial inspection due to signs of termites but within a few months of the original treatment, we had more visible signs of termites in the same place as the original area of concern, so we had them come out for a warranty treatment. We did not receive any kind of receipt either time that showed the chemical used and amount (despite being told by phone that we would receive as required by law) nor did we see signs that they injected anything into the wall with the termite damage, but I didn't really care about the chemical used or amount (until now) and also figured they knew what they were doing so maybe they don't treat the wall directly....but here we are just a few months later and we have termite tubes on the same wall for the third time in 6 months AND have signs in the ceiling near the original wall! Ive tried calling to get them back out for ANOTHER warranty treatment, but they do not answer nor is there any kind of voice mail system that picks up for a message to be left.

Truck license ck32963 ran a stop sign in Old Stone ranch on the 25th of Sept at 0910 and almost hit a runner and her dog.

THIS operation never returned my inquiry or phone call about service. Business must be to good for this operation. A waste of my time.

Good Luck! There is only one person running the show "Steffani Peters Office Assistant" and it isn't a grown up. She is rude, won't let you speak with anyone else, doesn't understand business operations, and makes up her own rules. I never authorized treatment, I never agreed on price, and yet they treated anyway. How did I find out, I received a bill a few weeks later. I said "ok, wow...well I guess I will pay out of escrow"...Steffani's response "That will be another $50" I said then nevermind, I will just pay you after it closes and I'm wired my money. She misrepresented and faked an agreement (I never signed anything with them) and sent to escrow. I had it removed from HUD four times....she kept sending it and calling escrow daily. We closed on Tuesday and I went to pay her and the $50 "escrow" fee is still on there but is now called "late fee". I have requested the Manager or Owner to call me 5 times. I left voicemails and pretty sure Steffani erases them. So maybe this will get the owners' attention. I owe the buyers a termine warranty so I am going to hire another company to treat and happily pay them. Steffani should be looking for a new job soon - I read a review two below this one and they have a very similar bad experience with her. NOTICE TO ALL HR: DO NOT HIRE STEFFANI.

This company has THE worst customer service ever.... We have ordered their services several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and each time, they have not followed up with the client for payment and have failed to get the report to us within the time period allotted. We have to call them repeatedly to get the reports. Also, they don't provide quotes for treatment with the WDIR..., they expect you to call for those as well... I tried to call the owner to provide feedback and there was no acceptance of any sort of responsibility. With so many different termite options, we are happily moving our business elsewhere.

Couldn't recognize a termite if it bit them in the ass!
