Company is fine, but honestly the only reason I'm still with Kyko is our tech Daniel. Lovely Irishman, proactive, great communicator, super helpful. He's always up for a quick chat and very knowledgeable.

I had a very disappointing experience trying to become a new customer. I called three separate times simply to ask about scheduling an initial service, and each time I was told someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a single follow-up. After the third attempt, I decided to call back and cancel my request altogether. It’s frustrating when basic communication and follow-through are lacking, especially for a new customer trying to get started. At this point, it seems like they may be too busy to take on new clients. I hope they can improve their responsiveness, as first impressions matter.

Dan is the best! We have had several exterminators over the years. Dan is by far the most professional. He communicates the night before regarding his arrival window for the next day. He texts when he is on his way and is extremely customer focused.

(Becky) with Ky Ko Pest Service was extremely rude to me on the phone, hung up on me. Called back and she has a really bad attitude. Says a lot about the company and her representation of the company. They need to hire more professional CSRs that appreciate having a job. She clearly hates her job. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I was at home the dates the technician “claimed” to have come by and never did. I have cameras on the house monitoring 24/7 and never saw them. Will be calling for a refund and cancellation of service. I have a lot of concerns about this lack of truthfulness.

Terrible service. Abandoned me Ftwr my tech left the company l tried for aa year to get them to return my call. When they did it was to late. I hired some one else. Terrible

This used to be a great company when Kydon was performing my pest control services. The new pest control expert came to perform the service and spent a total of 5 minutes performing their service. I could not see any evidence that they sprayed. I did my inspection within 3 minutes of them leaving. Just to give you an idea new pest control company took 30 to 45 minutes to properly perform their services. I would not recommend Ky-Ko Pest Prevention.

Finally canceled after a year and a half. Quality of product and service deteriorating.

Experienced very bad driving while sharing the road with one of their drivers. Driver cut into the middle of two lanes 500 ft before it was going to become a one lane to save what a couple minutes of time? Careless, dangerous and unnecessary. 09.16.19 around 3pm on W Broadway Rd License plate CL46042

Just started having pest control and not real satisfied exterminator said we don't spray inside because of dog, every place else I used did spray inside, anybody have that experience??? I wonder why I was told by tech we don't spray inside because of having a dog any body have a answer why?????????
