With this unusual, crazy weather, I have had two baby scorpions, one was in the house, other in garage. Iron Mantis moved up my regular appointment. Breeze was out today and sprayed extra in the garage, and along baseboards in my home, where the scorpions had been killed earlier by me. This is a great company to work with, and I highly recommend them.

I have been an iron mantis costumer for over 2 years. Recently canceled my services because, we have security cameras on our home and the Tech is only on property maybe 15 minutes. Not to mention it shows they serviced ALL these areas, but ask yourself, How can it be done efficiently and effectively within 15 minutes? Plus we've never experienced the de-web brush come off the truck, but here's the biggest kicker, we have NO trees on our property. So what base of "trees" did they service? And bushes we have 4, anytime I did landscaping near them, there is always a bug or a few, so if it was treated how could they be living? I don't want to throw the company under the bus here either but the products used ( mentioned in an email they send after a service is completed, ) can be purchased from Ace hardware or online without licensing restrictions. Seemed to DIY for me and not enough time spent servicing my property for a paid service. Literally averaged out to about 1.5 hours total for the YEAR ( Every other month = 6 months )

Despite their Advertisement of using higher quality chemicals and what not, they are ineffective in developing and maintain a "shield" in new build homes. I have seen increased sighting of silverfish, ants and grasshoppers, millipedes (outside). Until they DELIVER results on a clean , new build home from these pests. I feel obligated to inform others on this business.

Oh my gosh, Breeze is the best!!! He literally went above and beyond today. I just CANNOT thank him enough for his help today! He took care of a baby rattlesnake caught in a sticky trap as well as a maggot infested dead bird that I didn't know was on my back patio. And he was just so kind to offer to help with everything!! What a great young man!!
