Hollywood Pest Control is hands down THE BEST PEST CONTROL BIZ IN ARIZONA!!! What a fabulous team. The owners are so friendly, helpful, communicative and overall, just know how to treat clients. They wow every time with their thoroughness,attention to details, quality work, communication & friendliness. I never have to worry about bugs at any of my rental properties because they service all of them. They even service our own home and I haven’t seen a bug in the 8 years we have lived here. If there’s an emergency, they are ON IT!! They are responsive and quick to tackle the issue. Phenomenal job guys! Thank you for making my life easier and bug-free! 😁

Jason and Lee are amazing people they came over did there inspection. My grandma was being very stubborn and didn't think we had a problem but after there inspection and locating bed bugs and showing my grandma and talking with her they were able to get her to understand how bad bed bugs are that they needed to be terminated asap. She finally understands now how bad they are. They came out and helped us prep the house the day before and made sure to get us an Airbnb for the night which was part of the final price of everything. They sent photos thru the 10 hour process. Thru the whole process Jason made sure we were comfortable and happy. We have animals and he made sure we could take them to the Airbnb. Upon ariving back home they made sure our furniture was put back in all the right places and marked were every photo was on the wall. These guy actually care and want to help you and will go above and beyond for you. They are an amazing company and will be refering them to everyone. If you need any bugs gone there the guys to do it 100 percent no questions about it. I haven't seen a single bed bug in my home since they really are the best in the valley.

These exterminators were the absolute best from start to finish. The insection was thorough, performed well and fully explained. When the appointment day arrived, they arrived on time and went to work immediately. The job for us was an all day job, and although some issues arose, they worked overtime at no charge to finish. Each employee was genuinely friendly which made us quite comfortable. The knowledgeable crew answered every question patiently and fully. This company is fully and highly recommended!

These guys are amazing and have been super supportive and helpful through this entire process. We contracted bed bugs and the bites were frequent and getting worse and once we called Jason he was able to put us in such ease and was so responsive in how quickly they got started. Our apartment complex showed no sense of urgency and made us a bottom of their priority list and we are so happy we went ahead and hired Jason and Lee because they have been insanely supportive, knowledgeable and have been protecting us through this traumatic experience. Hollywood Bug Guys and Matt our service tech are excellent. Matt has been our tech for several years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Since Matt began servicing our property, past 7-8 years, we just do not have any bug issues of any type. Great Company and great technician!
