Great company, crew is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always make sure and check if there are any specific issues that we need addressed while they are there. The receptionist is very nice as well.

They used to be great, was with them for 4 years then they got new management. Their scheduling now is inconsistent, they called to schedule me on a Tuesday and I said that's never worked for me and they claimed they'd call me back to reschedule which they never called me back. I called THEM BACK to reschedule and they said I'd have to pay $150 initiation fee and at that point raised my bill $25 since I "cancelled 2 months in a row" which I NEVER cancelled, they never called me back to reschedule.This is how they treat loyal customers

Beware of this company and their employees. I received a garbled call today from someone claiming to be one of their Technicians saying he was on the way to my house for an "inspection." I'd never heard of this company, much less booked an inspection with them. When I called their home office, I got in touch with a woman who was very annoyed and told me it was probably a misdial as my phone # was not in their system as a customer. However, when I then messaged that to the Technician, he continued to lie/assert that the office had given him my number. I believe they are either trying to drum up business by doing inspections that people don't ask for and then billing them OR are using this ruse to see if people are home and targeting them as potential burglary locations. Either way, not a good look for a business. Fortunately, I have solid neighbors, numerous cameras, and an extensive alarm system. I highly recommend you steer clear of a "business" that operates this way.

Patrick came out to do an estimate today he was thorough, and quick in his inspection. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. I look forward to working with this pest control company and im sure you will as well.

Offered to come back an additional day to take care of an area that was to wet. I would recommend them to anyone and will use going forward with any additional needs.

Convenient Termite and Pest Control did a thorough and timely job. We were impressed with their responsiveness and communication.

They did a great job and the $ price was substantially less than the other pest control companies.

Although I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians (Abe is awesome!), we will no longer be using Convenient for our Pest Control. The process of scheduling with them has been frustratingly inconsistent. At the beginning of our services, they came the first week of every month and called us a half an hour before their arrival. Suddenly, they started calling and emailing us to schedule instead, even though we'd had recurring services set up. We've never loved the 2 hour window, and it makes wrangling the dogs while also working from home majorly inconvenient. Today was the last for us, when we were told the window would be from 2PM to 4PM and the door bell rang at 1:30PM while we were both on work calls and not expecting them at the very earliest for another half hour (& there was no phone call to let us know they'd be arriving early). Although we have absolutely no complaints about the services themselves, we will be opting to work with a more prompt company with easier scheduling and shorter arrival windows. Working from home with client appointments makes arrival times very important for us.

We have a warranty on work with them. We had a full termite treatment including drilling into the foundation of our home. Despite this, we have continually still had problems year after year. This year, they came out after additional tunnels appeared and within just a couple weeks there were more. Their treatment DOES NOT WORK. Whatever they are doing is essentially putting a bandaid over a gaping wound and saying alright it's fixed. Do not go with this company. They may act nice (and even then much of the time they are not, they are only kind if you kiss the ground they walk on) but they are 100% scamming you.

Abe was very honest and did a great job and was very friendly. We had some miscommunication with the office which was frustrating enough for me to not recommend them

Service man came out and did his work outside. Seemed very efficient. But he moved the satellite dish knocking out the cable service for the day. Had to pay $99 for Directv to come and readjust the dish. When he moved the dish it dislocated the CenturyLink phone line. So we had no land line phone or internet service. The termite call caused more repair fees and problems than we started with.

If you are seeking pest or termite control in the Valley, take your business elsewhere! I personally met the owner of this company today, Patrick. He showed up at my house unexpectedly outside of the scheduled time window. Luckily, I was home. The issue was in my backyard. Patrick agreed there were termites in the back patio but would not treat “because the termites were not in the house”. He then proceeded to let himself into the home and looked in every room/closet without permission/consent. In addition to, Patrick was hostile and condescending when any question was asked. I did not feel safe or comfortable, nor was the issue inside the home. If you are a vulnerable individual (i.e. single woman or disabled) I would never use this company. Patrick’s dementor is aggressive and he feels entitled enough to enter and search your home without permission. The home has been treated for termites by Patrick’s company 3 times, 2 of which were in the last 2 years. His products do not work.

Really unprofessional website and zero response via telephone. They warn you from the get go that their payment processing system is faulty (will charge you multiple times) but don't answer the phone during business hours to take payment. We will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.
