Went inside not knowing exactly what I needed, was turned away so fast and disrespectfully. First thing when I walk in to the maybe 400 square foot business, I wasn’t even acknowledged, so I said “hello how are you.” I was then asked “what are you looking for.” Not response to my greeting, so I immediately answer and stated I’m not sure exactly I’m having multiple tiny bugs in my apartment, most likely due to other units and wanted treatment inside and out. The entire time the guy was on his phone and shaking his head side to side, in a “no.” Motion. He the replied and said “I’m for commercial use.” I looked around the store at the 20 different bottles and stated “not a single one of these bottles could help me.” And he then pointed at a random wall *im not even sure he knew what he was pointing at.* and he said “I could sell you that bottle but it’ll cost you $30 and I don’t know if it’ll work.” I turned around and walked away. The disrespect and unwillingness to help baffled me beyond belief. I don’t know if it’s the fact I’m a female is what made him feel inferior or if he just hates his job, but he sure is rude and is causing the business money. Never stated the solution was for my ONE unit, because it truly was for the complex. Which would’ve been commercial, little did he know.

So glad to find this store. My husband owned his own exterminating business in Brooklyn. We moved out here in 2000 and was able to find Bugs, Weeds and More on Power road. Since then my hudband has past. I love this store because of the great customer service and they are so knowledgeable about their products. I totally recommend them and make sure you use the product the way you are told when you get the instructions. Thank you so much for your help.

This store is not easily seen from the main street( Cave Creek Rd address) as it sits behind other businesses. The sign is not obvious. I was told by the salesperson they are in the process of changing their name and hopefully will get better signage along the main road. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of products was somewhat limited but at a professional level. Now that I know where it is,I will go back.

It was expensive compared to others and online after my purchase i found out. Sad.

New to the east valley. I came in as a recommendation from a gentleman who saw me looking for scorpion control products at Lowe’s. The guy at the front desk was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I got indoor and outdoor concentrates to mix with water in a sprayer. I am a total DIYer so I’m glad I have all the support and supplies to treat this scorpion issue myself!

Best place to get the products the pest companies use. Do It Yourself and save yourself from those monthly fees!! Its easy and these guys not only sell it they educate you on what to use, how and when to use it. I've been going to them for over 15 years. They have a location in Mesa off Power and now that we moved to the West Valley, I go to their Glendale location. I'm sure they have others!

Preface this by saying I am not a pest control professional, just a DIYer. My household has been dealing with Arizona Bark Scorpions for the last couple decades due to our location next to nature, and this year has been especially tough so I thought I would seek out a DIY pest control business to assist in helping exterminate these resilient pests. The parking lot is very small, not a lot they can do about that, it's also shared with another business, when I walked into the store, Jimmy, sales guy, was talking to another customer/getting them situated on their situation. He seemed professional during that interaction, I browsed their very small selection which consisted of two very small walls of products. I was looking for scorpion control for inside/outside, Jimmy immediately recommended D-Fense SC but I wasn't looking for that application method, he then recommended MGK Shockwave aerosol, at which point I asked him if he was an applicator/had previous pest control experience which he said NO. I also asked if he had experience dealing with scorpions, also said NO. While the store may be tied to a professional pest control company, if you're heading here looking for a professional to assist you with your DIY application, it won't be from someone with previous experience in this field, only in sales (at least during my interaction). I got the impression from their website that expert(s) would be able to assist in dealing with the issue but that was not the case. He also had no clue what a B&G Bulb Duster was which I thought was odd, but they do appear to sell Eaton-similar Dusters for around $24.95. I asked if I could take pictures inside, he said no, which is a first but I respect their right to decline. Products I remember seeing on the shelves: Professional backpack applicator, handheld applicator, D-Fense SC both small bottle and commercial size bottles, MGK Shockwave Aerosol, Delta Dust - other types of dust, rat traps/including cages, bed bug control products, ant killer products, Eaton/Generic Dusters, pyrethroid-type insecticides. Keep in mind this is a very small store. I'd recommend going somewhere else unless you know exactly what you're looking for with their very limited selection.

Have lived in the same apartment complex for a few months and have been dealing with infestation of german cockroaches, After repeated amounts of times of the management sending there pest control out to spray it continuously did not work , Bought and 80$ Roach kit and completely wiped them out ,Thank you!

Very helpful giving me information on DIY Scorpion control. Recommended products to use and how and where to use them.

I definitely will not be going to this place again. The credit card I used to make my purchase here was used within a half hour to buy $1,100 of shoes in New York. I used my cc three time earlier in the week at my local golf course that I have been to for fourteen years, Lowes and Fry's. I should have been more aware suspicious when the cc machine here was off to the side and out of sight and after the first swipe the employee states.. well that didn't go through..... but did a second time..... I'm sure my cc was swiped through a skimmer..... live and learn..... not every business and or employee are on the up and up.

So their business hours say 8am but I arrived at 9 and the sign on the door says they open at 9:30 so I drive 15 min back home then come back at 10:30 only to pull up to a sign in front of the door that says be back in 5 min... it is 10:40 now and needless to say this is a huge inconvenience for me today....

Love the services but wish the prices alittle more affordable.

The customer service sucked! No refunds or returns. That speaks volumes about the business. It's as if they know their service and product sucks. Don't waste your time going to any of their locations. You will regret it! Purchased scorpion treatment and a refurbished B & G sprayer. I have no complaints about the product, of course I haven't been able to use it since the B & G Sprayer I purchased one day ago never worked. I went to the store to see if they could help me. To make a long story short, he said that I had to dump the scorpion poison. Apparently a place that sell pest control products handle any product. After that he said I could leave the sprayer for a few days and he would see what he could do. Apparently he can't do anything.
