Octavio to the rescue! Two months ago, BioChem sent tech, Broc, out to inspect an infestation of German Roaches, from a nearby home renovation. He gave us a wekk to remove everything from our kitchen cupboards, drawers and pantry. When he returned ten days later, we had to remove ourselves and our pet from the home for up to eight hours. He said we would find their remnants for a few days and he would return in a couple of weeks for a follow up treatment. In those two weeks we found many more. Three days ago, our former tech, Octavio, was in our community. We talked and he told me that the former tech was no longer with the company, Octavio was just filling in. I told him that many residents missed him. He said he would stop by and take a look. When he came by, he immediately identified new droppings and where they were coming from. He treated the areas and we haven't seen any new roaches since. We, and many other McGavin Ranch, residents hope that BioChem management recognizes Octavio's value and returns him to our area. I have used Bio Chem for over 20 years. Their services are great. Chris the service tech we have had recently was very courteous, thorough in the inspections. He does a complete walk through the house and additions as well as under the house. We completed he explains his findings to us.

We are very happy with bio-chem. We’ve been customers for about two years now. They are flexible and work with our needs. We’ve never had any issues. Our tech Octavio is professional and friendly. He always makes sure our needs are met. Octavio knows what he’s doing. He is great!!

Poor communication and can never get ahold of anyone in the office. The tech was in and out in less than 10 minutes and never addressed my original concerns. Decent guy but poor service.

Bio Chem has taken care of all of my properties. Never any issues techs are always professional and courteous and go above and beyond expectations. We always recommend them to everyone we know.

Really annoyed with their service. Incomplete job, no follow up, poor quality. I’ve had to call them back every single time to get the tech to come out and complete the job as well as have them come out and make repairs. I’m told they’ve been informed and will reach out to me but nothing happens. It’s been weeks and they still won’t come out to fix one of the reflectors for the pigeons. Stay away unless you want the headache and feel like chasing someone. Will never use them again.

Great company!! Came out on short notice and it's definitely working. Marcus does a great job.

Used them for years, and then had one of their service persons come out and only do half the job. The next day I complained to the main office. They apologized and sent a different whole the next month. But they still expected me to pay for both visits, even though the first visit wasn't complete. They claim because I didn't confront the employee directly, and instead signed the paper to get him out of my home and then followed up with the office, I owed for both services. I refused. I did not pay. Now, a year later, they are still demanding payment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
