A young gentleman named Scott came out and educated me about AZ termites. My house will be treated to eliminate termites this coming Thursday. The receptionist for Bill's was very helpful and had a beautiful voice. I will keep you posted after job is complete.

I am actually thinking it is really weird to ask for a tip when I am paying for a service and he is performing “that service” . I want to get rid of termites, not just maintain them.

After service is completed, our system automatically sends a courtesy notification of completed service that invites our customers to review their experience and, if they choose, leave a tip. Systems like this are very common in the service industry and are anything but weird. In fact, they help us closely monitor service quality, gather valuable feedback, and to continue improving the service we provide.<br>This also gives customers an opportunity to show appreciation for hardwork and excellent service, but tipping is always completely optional.<br>As for your concern about termite service, our goal is absolutely not to ‘just maintain termites,’ but to provide the proper treatment and ongoing protection needed to help eliminate activity and protect your home over time. Since treating my home for termites, I've had little to no activity and if I had a concern. Bill and his team acted promptly and addressed my concern. Fantasia was very friendly and professional. She discussed the treatment she was doing and what to expect in the near future. She was not kidding when she said the bugs will be flushed out due to the spray. I’ve squashed 5 roaches in the hour since she’s left. We should’ve called sooner. Your dogs will love her and get plenty of extra pets.
