I have been using this company for my pest control for my business for the last eight years. Did have an issue come up and had reached out to them and got a response back from the owner‘s daughter who was wonderful. She listened to me and looked into everything for me and we got it all straightened out. I continue to use them because they are quality service and when things came up, they took care of them the best they could I appreciate them and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Older guy in a brand new truck with paper plates, smoking a cigarette, making inappropriate gestures while swerving into other people's lanes off meridian and us60. Great advertisement for your pest control. Had my daughters in the back seat and he made sure everyone saw what gestures he was making in his truck after I honked because he was in my lane multiple times. You can explain to my kids what these gestures mean, give me a call and I'll bring them in to discuss what this has to do with pest control because they asked what he was doing. Not opposed to making a police report on this, just let me know what direction you want to go.

My Aunt had this company come out and service her pest problem not only were they late, they were unprofessional and rude and disrespectful talking down belittling my aunt who is 55 years old, her problems have still persisted even after the technicians were done saying that the problem is gone. would not recommend this company to anyone in Arizona.

I received good services, from an employee whom I will not name nevertheless, they got a call from who I believe is their boss whose name was Jeremy I believe or Jeremiah or whatever, I can overhear the situation and the way he talks to his employees; it is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. Was demanding orders from his employees as if they were slaves and not human beings all because a “situation had unexpectedly happened” that had nothing to do with said employees. I didn't want to poke into their privacy and ask what the phone call was about however, I could tell it affected the employee's mood and the supervisor could have cared less. Even though I received good service I refuse to give this company a good review due to the unprofessional boss Jeramy or Jeremiah, who seems to be bossing people around like he's ruling with an iron fist completely tragic!

I'm writing this review for my grandmother since she wanted to voice her opinion, but she isn't tech savy enough to do it herself. On multiple ocasions this company has been unresponsive and they have also been very unreliable. Every single time on days we were expecting to be serviced the technician did half of was on the list of areas I wanted serviced. Just overall a terrible company. The office also always sounds annoyed and frustrated when I call.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Despite their claims of expertise and professionalism, my experience with them was anything but satisfactory. First and foremost, communication with the company was severely lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with anyone regarding my pest issues and when I did, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from the office. It was clear that my concerns were not a priority to them. Additionally, the quality of work provided was subpar. The final product did not meet my expectations and fell far short of the standards I had been promised. It was clear that attention to detail and care for the customer's needs were lacking in their work. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services in the future. I urge potential customers to look elsewhere for a company that truly values their clients and provides quality work.

I will not be returning as a customer. When I first started with them things went according to plan. Somehow in Nov I fell off their schedule and we did not get back on until today. Technician Nora had showed up I did run a quick errand and seen Nora leaving my home, she was not more than 30 seconds away, I let her know I was headed back and asked her to return and she refused. I texted the office, they also refused to have her come back. I do understand the importance of an appointment but I do not feel that was a reasonable response. If I would have crossed paths with her further down the road I definitely would have understood that she couldn't come back but seriously 30 seconds away.....

We paid for a one time service package that was only partially done. There were 7 items listed. ONLY 1 1/2 were completed. They did seal around the house and they did check 2 of 4 exhaust vents, that were already sealed. They did not seal plumbing areas inside the house, replace weather stripping on 2 doors, seal around all electrical boxes outside, seal around thresholds and they did not do a complete pest control service. All items are detailed in writing on the agreement. We are very dissatisfied with this service. Since we have already paid and brought these issues to their attention, with no one contacting us about these issues, I would NOT recommend their service. Jeffrey Sanderson. I hired AZ Best to do service on a home I was selling in 2017. I provided my credit card at the time, received a receipt and that was that, or so I thought. Come 2019 I receive a call with someone there claiming I never paid. How poorly is your company run that you solicit funds 2 years after service. They're claiming the card was declined, that's what happens when you wait 2 years top do your paperwork. Please avoid this company as they are inexcusably bad and may call you in two years to collect. I hope this review saves you fellow consumers thousands by going with a different company.

Poor service and no response to inquiries made about our service. I chose this company because of their 5 star rating they were prompt at first and have fallen off since then. We have a scorpion issue which we were up front about from the beginning they said they could handle the situation needless to say the problem still exists. When we called in to inform them that we're finding additional scorpions in the house they did not bother to call back. This is happened 3 times now where we call and do not getting a response to our enquiries. They also had what they call a system error and did not service our house for 3 months. Your experience may vary from ours but I would recommend using another servic

Great Initial service, poor customer service, billing, and no follow up. I can only give this place a 1 star because they did accomodate our need immediate need for a house sealing and spray for a home we had just purchased. After that we were forgotten about us for 2 months, still deducted our bank account, and charged us another $79 dollars that they can't explain. When I called to request more information I was told that someone would call me back. They indeed called me back to confirm that I had a service date 2 days before the month ended, and of course I still was charged for that month. When I called to inquire about the acount I was passed off to the service tech that stated, "well I can't go back in time to do anything about that." Needless to say I would recommend any other company than this one. Total charge was almost $1300, and I now have a pest control company problem along with the pest control problem
