Had to change my review, they raised prices and the only way I found out was receiving a notice that I was overdue on my payment due to underpayment. Then the technician I had for three years disappeared with no notice or explanation. It was not the amount of the increase, it was the lack of communication, I cancelled them and am now with another company. I know they have new owners, if this is how they do business I am sure the quality will also suffer over time.

Prepaid $135.00 for inside and outside spray. On the day of service I asked my technician if we could just spray outside as I wasn't prepared to have the inside done that day. He said ok and he would let the office know. When I tried to reschedule the extremely rude office person Janet would not keep the agreement and also refused to let me speak with the owner to get issue resolved. I called back trying to reach Marc and each time had to deal with rude Janet. They essentially stole half of the fee I paid. Not so nice treatment of a new customer.

You call to cancel service and they say OK not a problem. Office staff is rude every time you talk to them. Our tech was great. And owner does not call back not good business. We still had bugs. Hired new company bugs gone.

Customer for over 10 years! Used to be a reliable pest service. Last month we went out and saw over 50 scorpions. I understand that we may not fully control them but 50!! Went to cancel service and was treated so rudely. There are many better options out there don't waste your time or money.

Got initial treatment for subterranean termites. Worst wall still has activity months later so called. Inspector, Rick, said he talked to owner, Mark, and they would drill through foundation to spots under the flagstone and would put foam in the wall. When the kman got here and I asked what he would be doing, he omitted the foam. I told him that about my conversation with Rick and he told me, in an unpleasant and loud voice, that I didn't understand and he wasn't going to do it. I asked him to lower his voice because it felt like he was yelling at me and he just got angrier. He yelled that he was hot, he was edgy, and it wasn't his job to educate me! So on top of their initial treatment being ineffective, the workman has anger issues. Yikes!
