I have been a customer at simply green for years! About time I wrote a review! We have continually been impressed by the thorough and kind care our home has received. The attention to detail and wonderful techs really add to the positive experience. Recently, Tyler treated our home for termites, he took his time and was so wonderful. He was so careful with his work and cleaned up any mess made, it was great. Thank you for taking care of us!

Oscar ALWAYS does a thorough job spraying our home. We still get a few critters but when we do, they're dead! They also put down large sticky traps in our garage to accommodate those pesky crickets and scorpions. NO CONTRACTS a plus! You call them when you need service!!!! Other companies make you commit to monthly services so they can make more $$$$.
Zachary was efficient, professional & polite!!! We love Simply Green!!!!

We have had Simply Green Pest service our home for the past 5 years in the San Tan Valley area, and they are absolutely amazing! They are consistently punctual, thorough, and incredibly friendly. Did a termite inspection and dude continued to pull off bark from the tree hell bent to find termites. Kept doing so after I asked him to stop. I understand needing to check in one spot, but treat people's homes like you'd like yours to be treated.

Very disappointed. We had to call numerous times just to have a guy come out to give us service. First guy, comes over and takes the mosquito equipment from us that we bought saying we don’t need it anymore. We don’t hear or see anyone come but still keep getting charged. When we called again for service, a new guy told us we needed that mosquito equipment & tried to charge us $25. Leeches. Smh Oh the best part to top it off is when we cancelled the contract we are charged $250 to cancel. Ridiculous! Worse ever.

Where do I start?! I have them do rat traps. All the bug stuff ended up having a rat in my yard told him about it. They still didn’t do anything. They didn’t spray as often as they said that they were going to spray I want to do not do the service anymore and they kept sending me a bill over and over. I have great credit and Alson collections now I got a deal with it! Beware of these guys I would probably go anywhere else.

We keep service on a routine schedule but customers cancelling appointments throws that off a bit. We are always happy and willing to resolve any issues customers are having. Also you are not in collections and nothing will affect your credit. Please reach back out to us and we are happy to make sure you are taken care of
Instead of paying your workers you now promt your customers to tip? I'm not paying for your services and your employees wages as well.

Hello Angelo thank you for your feedback. We do pay our techs very well. We just had a lot of customers calling in to add a tip because of great service so we wanted to make the process easier and quicker for customers. Not at all an obligation and those notifications can easily be removed which we are happy to do. Sorry again but happy to remove you from the list.
I'm sure they are fantastic at what they do, however I don't like how they pressure you to do business after asking for a quote. If you fill out the online form, it requires an email and a phone number. After my quote, I told them I had to try to come up with that amount of money and would get back to them. They apparently added my email to an advertising list that I have now unsubscribed from twice. Their representative would call, text and e-mail everyday until I emailed back telling them to stop. Then today, I got another e-mail thanking me for choosing them. No matter how good they are, there is no way I would recommend a business with this kind of pressure tactics.

Another Update: They offered to waive today's fee to avoid the updated review. No. Please charge me because the work was done and people need to know. This situation is sad. Very sad. Update: DO NOT USE THEM!!! One star for spraying and brooming the outside roof. No stars for customer service. Talk about an attitude. When I advised we were locking the dogs up in my daughters room since she was still asleep and can't spray her room today, he gave me attitude and snarking remark: "Well, then I have to tell you I'm going to have to wear a ventilator if you want your inside sprayed." EXCUSE ME?!!!! I'M PAYING THE SAME PRICE EITHER WAY. I responded, "yea, okay, the inside needs to be sprayed." He was NOT happy. So he did the job and then when he was done, I asked if I needed to sign like usually and he responded with the same attitude, "no, we are not taking signatures right now." I said cool and he left. Now I'm trying to cancel and you guys refuse to cancel my account. We have used you for over a year and continually call to ask for heads up on when you are coming...but nothing again today. We have asked numerous times for the same person to come spray and days and times are flexible and yet we HAVE A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME! Is this because everyone is quitting? Either way, I will NEVER use this company and now looking for a company that cares about its' customers.
never using their service again I hire them to stop the scorpion Issues at my home the pest control guy cam in did his job and tol me that I should be good for at least 100 days I did the 1 time service I had the plan of calling the back to do a second service It hasn’t been not even 60 days since the day they service and ever since we been finding at least 4 scorpions a week not only that but what ever they spray it doesnt even kill the scorpions their customer service told me that I should service it every 60 days when the pest guy said 100 days never using them again.

Hi Juan, sorry if you were informed there was a 100 day warranty on a one-time service. We listened to the recorded sales call and that wasn’t ever promised but we apologize you thought that somehow. Also, on the one-time agreement that was signed, it states there is no warranty on one-time services. We tried to reach out to make things right by doing another service at no charge (normally $119) or giving you a refund. We typically don’t recommend one-time services (especially for scorpions) since pest control is a maintenance process. Sometimes after the first few services there will be an increase of activity since the bugs are getting stirred up. Due to the weather such as sunlight, heat, and rain the product breaks down and needs to be reapplied to keep the bugs under control. If we had an opportunity to resolve this we would and are completely willing to do so. Please reach out anytime.
I have had sevice with Simply Green since August 2016. My experience has been great so far until now. We recently moved so Danielle came out to do the initial service on our new home and he did a great job. He was here for almost 4 hours. We are having a big problem with scorpions so I called before my 30 day re-spray for them to come back out. I was told that an initial treatment would be done again since we were having such a problem. Chad came out and was in and out of here in an hour. Our property is 1.25 acres and 6 thousand square feet of home with the main house and guest house. He smelled of alcohol and was very annoyed with my dogs who were barking at him when he came inside my home. He left my side gate open and when I let my dogs outside, my dog who is old and cannot hear well almost got hit by a car. I also let Chad know that we were seeing scorpions along the easement of our property. He said he would spray it but didn't. I also showed him cracks in my soil and he told me that could possibly be a nesting ground for scorpions but said he could not do anything about that because he would need to camp outside in a tent to treat it. I thought he could maybe put some granules in the hole but I was told I needed to call a landscaper. I talked to a supervisor and I was told that an investigation would be done since my mother and I both smelled alcohol. I was then called back and I was told that people with diabetes could smell of alchol due to something called keto acidosis. I do not believe that was the case as this was a very strong smell of alcohol trying to be covered up by mouth wash. The supervisor also informed me that our service would be going from $69 to $110 even though I was told prior to moving our monthly charge would stay the same since I was already a customer. I am super annoyed and do not like to be lied to! My contract is up this August but I want out of it now.

As you have seen from the 8 months of service you've had and all the positive reviews you've left with us before this is something that has never happened before. After a very in depth investigation of this we have confirmed that Chad was not in any way intoxicated and because of his diabetes that is what was emitting the odor which we deeply apologize for and will make sure that doesn't happen again. I also apologize there was a miscommunication about the price increase but the industry bases price on square footage of the property and homes that are 1500 sq ft are gonna have lower pricing then 5500 sq ft homes. We should have made that more clear and apologize about that didn’t happen. I've also had a special company meeting and deeply addressed the gate being left open. We understand dogs are like family and rest assured that won't happen again. I've went ahead and refunded you the amount of the last service as a token of our apology and added a credit on your account that will go toward your next service. We aren't perfect but strive to be and always want to make sure every mistake made is fully addressed.
James O. diagnosed our wood infested atrium with beetles and than never followed up with any recommendations. Fortunately, two other companies diagnosed it correctly as drywood termites and then had one of them do the treatment. I even sent an email about no follow to the company and never got a response back. And this is from a company that originally chatted me up about how they really wanted our business and to be there for us!

Gregory we deeply apologize for your experience and that's definitely not how we do business and not an experience our customers have. Sometimes the PDF software we use on our tablets doesn't send emails the first go around and we are usually really good at double checking but we deeply apologize this one slipped through the cracks. Not all Termites are the same and Sometimes wood destroying insects take a second look to properly identify but we apologize for letting this slip through the cracks.
