Andrew and Keenan arrived on time. I was leaving for an appt so they serviced the outside only. Sorry that I missed the sticky traps for the garage.

Their pest control is great, but their communication could be improved. Their system no longer supports text reminders for appointments. Our phone number worked with them a few years then stopped working due to their system limitations. No changes were made by us and we have no issues using this number with any other company.
Landon was very helpful and explained the entire process in great detail. Very happy with Quells service so far
Arrived on time, got to work right away and finished quickly. Answered all the questions we had.

Jeff did a great job. First treatment. He checked the whole interior. No evidence of Critters. And he treated everything outside. Said he would even make sure to clear cobwebs if he saw any! Great experience. Thank you!

Not sure what they don't understand about "No Trespassing" & "No Soliciting" signs. Punk shows up at my door and lies about previous contact...says "they" sent him out from Mesa to talk to me. What a load! Wouldn't even think about hiring these clowns!

I just got approached by them and signed up January 15th. Got charged immediately and charged again a month later. No one has come by and then when I called for help yesterday morning now answer so I left a voicemail in the morning. No response all day and tried calling again this morning. I used to have moxie and they would reply quickly if I left a voicemail or text right within the hour.

Hi Raymond, looks like you reached out over the weekend when our office is closed. Note Moxie is a very large company and does have different office hours. As a family run business we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Note that even though we are not open on the weekend we did email and respond to you with your service agreement and explained the payment schedule. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
Horribly shady sales approach. Kid comes to our new home and makes it sound like he is apart of some service that the community provides. References us by name to make him sound more legit, although obviously pulled info from public real estate records. "Basically paid for already" "My crew is scheduled to service you already" Not true. I asked him if he was trying to sell us a service...he continues on this notion that it's already in place by the community. I tell him we're good, not interested. He continues to push and try to make his pitch. Again, horribly shady sales pitch.

Not at all about their service but about wild sales practice. Homeboy POUNDED on my door like he was with CPB/ICE in the middle of the day while I was working from home. Then when I said I already had someone, tried to tell me that we had someone coming out to service our house next week that we signed up for (spoiler alert: we didn’t). Has anyone south of 80 years old ever fallen for that? I get it, door to door sales is tough (did it myself for a time and am still in sales) but this type of behavior has ensured that I won’t ever be using their services. I will also be readily speaking to my friends/neighbors about this experience

Just tried to cancel again. My account is under Carmen Castillo. Going to be 299 to cancel when I was advised I’d be able to do it during the free trial to see if I even liked this service. I am still sitting with the same sticky traps that the guy said he’d ’check on’ at the from the first visit because they do not monitor and ensure the tech actually came. If I’m paying you should be ensuring everything is checked on. You’re locked into a contract from the beginning, there is no such thing as a free trial. They also used the previous tenants we used as a way to persuade us insisting they used their service. We were friends with the previous owners of the house and they never did business with these guys and didn’t know why they mentioned them. Very unethical and odd. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM I will be contacting BBB.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looks like we came back for your second visit on 12/1. We always send an email the week before and a text the day before. Email was sent on 11/26 to Luis. Records indicate he opened it twice. Also a text was sent the same day and another text sent the morning of letting you know when we would arrive. Unfortunately, nobody was home to let us in to change the sticky traps. We did also text you and let you know that we were unable to get the interior and nobody responded yet again. As stated in your agreement if you ever need us to come back out you can call us to have us come back out for free. All trucks are GPS tracked so we know exactly when the technician arrived and departed. If you need us to come back out please give us a call and we would gladly have someone back out to replace the sticky traps. Or please make sure those areas are accessible on your next visit.
My wife and I have used this company for the past 3 1/2 years or so. In fact, when they showed up at our door, I was the first person they spoke with and I was the one that told my wife that we should give them a shot because I respected the hustle and the kid at the door was earnestly trying to do a good job. At one point we even had multiple homes with them because we have some rental properties around phoenix. They charge a little much but I was willing to pay for good service. Fast forward to the present, my wife and I have moved from the house we were in over to a condo that is managed by an HOA. So we no longer need pest service as the cost is already built into the hoa fees. Ny wife forgot to call the first time so when they came an did service she just let them charge since she felt like jt was her responsibility to let them know in advance of cancellation . However, when they tried to come again, she replied to their text and let them know we were canceling service since we aren't there, but whomever she was texting with refused to cancel our service and kept telling her that she needed to call in. Well she is busy working during business hours, and cant sit on hold for ten minutes waiting for someone just to tell them the same thing she said thru text. We both are busy in fact, but I had some time today and thought about it so I called in. After the first person didnt have authority to cancel the service he sent me to an account manager, who btw had no issue speaking to me regarding the account until I told him we were canceling. He asked the reason and then after I answered and he knew he couldn't rebuttal out of it, THEN he says that my wife needs to call for "security reasons". Obviously another stall tactic. I explained that my wife was offended by their ridiculous policy and that she will not be calling. I put the company on notice not to send anyone to any of our addresses and if you charge our card we will dispute the transaction. The rep then proceeded to get snippy and say that he was telling me what he could do. I advised him that I was the one that tells him what he can do, not the other way around since I was his customer ( but will obviously not be giving them any more business in the future after this nonsense) but couldn't finish the sentence because the rep hung up in my ear and was gone. Way to go quell!

Ryan, thank you for sharing. We would love to address a few things. Note that we do appreciate the business you and your wife have given us over the years. Note that our average wait times are around 30 seconds as we pride ourselves in keeping those low and getting to our customers as quickly as possible. Never have our wait times been 10 minutes. As with any account including your cell phone, or any other service, your name and information must be listed as an account holder to be able to make any changes to the account. Also, note that your wife has not paid for that last service as indicated. Your account still has a balance on the account for that service. The account manager let you know that your wife can add you to the account and we can speak with you or she can call in. Once again, that would be a very short and simple call that you refused.
I just purchased a new home and this gentleman came up to my front door unannounced stating that they had previously left a letter for us to continue service. Unfortunately, I fell for it and gave my credit card information and signed some paperwork on his phone. He asked me to text pest control AI and his personal cellphone. He has never serviced my home or any home in my neighborhood. I called the company and they are aware that this is happening and according to the manager will speak to a sales associate. So sad they are aware and allow this to continue please be aware of this gentleman and this company's tactics to obtain new customers
Please be advised this company will charge you $405 for a subscription. They contacted my son and they scheduled him for service. Before they came out he sent them texts letting them know he did not want a subscription. After telling them he did not want they showed up at his house when he was not home and serviced his property. I am not sure how it is legal to enter someone’s property after letting them know not to come. They have harassed him and told him they are sending him to collections for $405. He contacted the BBB and Quell told him they do not belong to BBB so they won’t do anything. He contacted the Arizona Attorney General. There are dozens of same reviews on multiple sites about this company. Be careful!

Hi Diane, we would love to address the concerns with your son Ryans account. Note that Ryan stated he has video footage of the sales rep misleading him. We have asked for the footage and told Ryan if our representative was misleading we would let him out, however, Ryan has refused to provide this information. Also note that Ryans text does not state that he did not want the subscription, but rather he stated he did not want a subscription he could not view on line which then an email was sent to him giving him access to his online account. Please have your son contact us if he has any issue. We have already tried to resolve this directly with him but he refuses to send in the footage.
We bought a new house and Quell sales rep came to the door claiming that the previous owner had already paid for the month and it would only be a dollar service fee from us. He said if we continued with the service it would be 150 every 2 months. My wife told the guy that she would like for him to talk to me about it. He said that was no problem and he just needed a signature for the the guys to come out and spray for the month. He had his phone out , scrolled to the bottom where the signature line was and she signed. When I called the company to tell them we weren't continuing the service I was informed that we signed a 12 month contract where the first 2 months was $150 , after that it would be $300. Absolute deception and classic door knocking sales. Previous owner never had this service ethier. You would think that a company would rely on there ability to help customers but they are more interested in tricking people into 12 month contracts and charging them to get out of those contracts. Would never recommend a company that is so dishonest.

Chase, our records indicate that your wife Veronica signed up on 9/11/25 for bimonthly services at $150 per services. The start up cost was discounted down from $299 to just $150. A text was sent that same day to your wife letting her know she received the agreement via email, the price, that it was for 1 year and when the next service would be. It was not until we were coming to perform your second service that you let us know you wanted to cancel. Records indicate that we offered to price match your other provider as well but this was refused. We are more than willing to match your price still and continue service and remove the fee for closing.
I recently bought a home. Salesman Fares Brigui, approached me to inform me that the previous owner had a contract with Quell with one more service. He told me the last spray was free of charge as it was already paid in full by the last owner, but I would have to give him my credit card information to service it. I told him I wanted to cancel immediately after they were done. He assured me he would. A month later, they took the $35/month fee from my bank account. I texted Fares for a refund and I didn’t get a response until I texted him again 2 days later. All he asked was for the account number but never confirmed it was refunded. While I know as a new home owner, I would eventually get solicitors, I felt I got scammed by him and the Quell company. Not only that, the guy they sent to spray the house, invited himself into the master bedroom without asking my wife (who was alone) to spray. Walking in nonchalantly as if it was his own home. Both salesman and worker highly unprofessional.
