I was a longtime customer of Green Mango and loved their service. Not sure what had happened over the past year but things are drastically different. They have recently gone to a monthly charge vs. a charge when service and I was not notified. Said an email was sent and not opened I did not receive the email. When I contacted them to explained how the payment works and how they came up with the 51 dollars the Rep. was unable to explain how they came up with that number and offered to lower my monthly payment to 44 dollars a month?Asked for email to be sent again to me never got it but funny I have received all the other Green Mango emails but this one. Then decided after this interaction to cancel my service I called back and spoke to a different Rep who then tried to explained the billing process and stated that the other Rep was new and is not aware of how things work..really Asked to cancel service said they are not able to do that and a manager will call me back…that was 5 days ago and have not heard from a manager..called again was told that I will not be charged…this time rep was pretty rude and hung up so I was not able to take the survey after….Do better Green Mango!!

I have 2 issues with them one time the said they came out and sprayed but no one showed up I have cameras all around my house and they billed me for it I called and there supervisor came out and did it and they never did anything to the employee who lied.. Then last January I had enough price increase so I canceled sent 2 emails they responded figure that was it but nope 2 months later they said they were coming out to spray so I sent 2 emails telling them not to come I was done. And if the came out I would not pay it would be on them. They came anyway so I sent another email told them if the show up again it would be trust passing then they sent a email back saying I canceled my appointments and now they send me a bill good luck they just tried to squeeze another payment out of me ain’t going to happen so I suggest if your canceling keep your email you send like I did so you can use it if you need it.

We have had Green Mango for many years. Johnathan has been spraying our yard for a little while now. He is very thorough and always mindful of closing the gate knowing we have pets. Mishelle only did the front of the house and didn’t use the white powder for scorpions I think by the front door. Mishelle then said she couldn’t open our gate to access the rest of the property when no one from Green Mango has ever had this issue. We value Green Mango pest control and have never had this lack of customer service. Mishelle said she was requesting someone to come back to the house to finish and it never happened. Very concerned about the service as we have never experienced this lack of service in the years we have used Green Mango as a pest control service.

Green Mango was the pest control company I trusted for several years( I was on of their first customers) Today I see a charge for $51.00 on my credit card. I have not received services since July 2025 and I’m not scheduled for services until January 2026. So why charge me for services not provided. Looking at the invoice, it appears they have gone to a monthly billing , would’ve been nice for them to notify me. This is totally a fraudulent charge in my book as no services have been rendered, nor have I agreed to a monthly billing. This company has totally lost my trust. As soon as I’m able to get a hold of somebody ( spent 20 minutes on hold). I’m having my account canceled.

On Oct 14 2025 I recieved this first email stating Green Mango was changing their billing cycle. Instead of payment after service they would be charging $44 the first of every month. The email states that we have 2 weeks from that email to call if we dont accept those charges. I called Oct 21st 2025, 7 days after the email sent, and spoke with Caitlyn. I advised her that we would like to cancel our services indefinitely. She said she would have to send a note to customer service to have them review the account, then they would contact me and cancel. I asked her how long that would take. She advised me up to 7 days. I told her we dont want to be charged the $44 and the 7 days would run out the clock and we would be charged. She told me "dont worry you won't be charged." I then sent an email to customer service. In the email I stated that we want to cancel our services indefinitely and waiting 7 days to do that is unacceptable. I also said we do not want to get charged, since this is when the clock runs out on the 2 weeks timeline. The emailed response states, that they have a process to abide by and not to worry we WILL NOT BE CHARGED. This morning on Oct 22nd our account on file was charged $44. I was told by 2 people not to worry we won't be charged. Also, to make matters worse, it isn't even the first of the month. This company is shady and has horrible business practices. Not only lying to customers but charging without completing a service. We have been customers for almost 10yrs and this is how we are treated. We want our $44 refunded and services canceled today.

Green mango is great we have loved them and never had any issues with them as a company however the last person who came to spray did a horrific job as the were at our property 15-30 minutes and we have 2.5 acres. Usually they are here about 1.5-2 hours. It was Mishelle and I am very unhappy with their service as we have seen many scorpions and ants and crickets since they last serviced.

I was driving on the 101 Loop when a Green Mango truck laid on its horn and flipped me off for no reason. That’s not how any company vehicle should be representing a business. It might seem small, but how drivers act on the road says a lot about a company’s professionalism and respect for others. Hopefully management takes this seriously and reminds their team to drive safely and courteously.

What happened? We used Green Mango for several years and truly loved their service in the beginning. They were reliable, communicated well, and we always felt confident knowing our home was protected, especially living in an area with spiders and scorpions, and having children we want to keep safe. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have really changed. They now send a text just a day before they plan to show up—at completely random times—without any real effort to work with our schedule. More often than not, no one is home when they come, so they only spray the exterior and leave. I’ve had to call and ask them to come back just to treat the inside, which is where our main concerns are. The personal communication and care we used to appreciate just isn’t there anymore. Technicians come and go without introductions or updates. When I finally decided to cancel due to the poor scheduling and lack of flexibility, they still showed up unannounced, sprayed anyway, and then sent the bill straight to collections. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long. We trusted Green Mango to help protect our family, but now we’ve had to turn to another company to feel safe and cared for again. I truly hope they return to the level of quality, communication, and customer respect that made them great in the first place.

What happened Green Mango?! Your flat black trucks and popping green logo used to be a brand I was proud to use. I was a customer for many years. Your cost keep climbing ($89 for the last spray) and your service is very poor. More than once I have had to call back because the technician did not complete their service before they left. The last time Dylan arrived at 7:30 am and never knocked on our door. I heard someone dragging a hose around the front of my house. By the time I put my shoes on and met him at my garage, his hose was rolled up. I ask if he was going to do the back yard. I put my dog away and unlocked my gate. After he left I check and he only sprayed every other wall. I called to voice a complaint and got the AI phone service. No one called me back, so I tried 2 days later. Still no call, but my wife got a text. I finally spoke to Supervisor John and said I need to cancel my subscription. He promised to have someone call me on the day I was most available. Well, no surprise, I never got a call. Thankfully I did get through when I called at 3:45 pm and canceled my service. Don’t know if it is new ownership or not, but not the same Green Mango I was very pleased with in the past.

Our first treatment in our rental was June 11th. The tech was great, sprayed, explained there would be increase in bugs because they did initial treatment to flush out everything. We had a huge scorpion issue, I was killing 5-10 a night for the first week after they came. After first week there continues to be an issue but they said they couldn’t spray outside again until 30 days after first treatment. I called and complained about how many scorpions there were so the sent a tech out to spray inside only. We continued to see, and kill, 1-4 scorpions a night. Called and complained again. They sent a tech out week 3 who was awesome, took time to spray inside and outside. The report said the tech used 18 gallons of spray outside. We didn’t see scorpions for 3 days but then they came back with a vengeance, little babies this time. At our 30 day appt the tech was on his phone with a friend the whole time he sprayed and he didn’t spray everywhere in the back yard. I called and complained again so they sent another tech out last week to spray. The tech told me that he was only able to stay for a total of 15 min because it was a re-spray and that’s the amount of time they are allotted to be at the property, but that he would get to as much as he could. So I have an issue and the company gives a time limit that the tech can be out here to spray. You guarantee scorpion control but you don’t actually adhere to your guarantee. I am sad that I’m in a year contract with this company. We are not able to enjoy the outside at night because of how bad our scorpion issue is. In 2 months we have had 5 techs out here and we still have issues. If you have scorpion don’t use green mango. Their product doesn’t work and some of their techs are horrible. The first tech we had and the third were nice and listened to us but their product didn’t work the way they guaranteed.

Not impressed. They make you sign a 1 year contract before you even try their services, seems like because they know you won't be calling them back. They come and hook up to your water spigot. They do not use the dye like other companies, so you can't tell if they have really sprayed or not. The guy who just left our house spilt a 5 gallon bucket of oil that we had sitting next to our garbage can with a lid on it. There is a giant puddle of oil in our driveway and he drug it all the way through out back yard. He didn't offer any help to clean it up or anything. He just said sorry and left.
