Love this company and the employees. Always treat us so good. They know we have babies and a barking dog and go out of their way to not knock or ring the doorbell. We had a huge ant problem with the resent storm, I contacted Danny and he came out same day. Just really appreciate the hard work they do.

We have used Proactive Pest Control for many years. They are always prompt and super friendly. John always gives us a heads up before arriving and checks to make sure we don’t have any issues with the pests. I would highly recommend Pro Active!!!

Duane from Pro Active Pest Control did a great job. He was professional, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that he took the time to treat both the exterior and interior, making sure everything was thoroughly handled. This company is the best and only one I’ve ever used for years. I recommend this company to many people. Rob does a fantastic job every single time he comes over to spray. He’s professional and respectful and great with my dogs. Always greets them and greets me with respect! Rob goes above and beyond when he does his job and I appreciate the thoroughness. Upon arrival the technician tried to charge me $99 for a free inspection. He called the office and the charge was waived but how can I trust any quote for service when the company was deceptive from the initial inspection. The tech was fine and none of that was his fault

Have thought I was getting a good service then over the last 2 months we have had really bad ant issues. The tiny ones that bite and then itch like crazy. They have been terrorizing our dogs and us pretty badly to the point we make the dogs hurry when they go out and we can't even go out and enjoy our back yard. I have had proactive come out 3 times I believe in the last couple months 2 call not scheduled and 1 scheduled visit. Each time we have stated the ants are bad but not with much urgency if I am being honest. They came out each time and went around the perimeter of property and sprayed whatever it is they use. Then roughly 4 to 5 days later when they state the spray will really be effective here come the ants again. We find ant hills all over the place and most of the time not near the outer walls or perimeter of the property. So how is spraying the outside perimeter of the property is that getting rid of anything in the inside areas where we would hang out. Wife and I finally had it and asked them to come out again and even told them where some ant mounds were and marked them so they were easy to find. Tech came out and sprayed the perimeter again supposedly with different chemical that can take up to 3 weeks to be effective. Sprayed 1 of the areas we mentioned but didnt really look anywhere else. I expressed to them before anyone came out that if this does not take care of the ants this visit we will be finding other options because this is ridiculous and we want them gone gone not just a few days or hours more permanently. Listen I understand that that is damn near impossible to achieve but i wanted to express the severity of the issue for us. I will say everyone i have dealt with has been polite and professional. Which is nice to deal with. Which is great but we pay to not have bugs around our house not to have people be nice and make us feel good about what we are paying for cause honestly we have always had some form of bugs the entire time we have had proactive and have just been giving them the benefit of the doubt but we are done doing that we need results so I hope whatever little extra they did this visit changes the whole issue otherwise we are leaving.

They were doing a good job for a few years in the houses I lived in Chandler. However, they keep pushing a free estimate for termite treatment once a year. We were going to build a pool, so I decided to get a quote. A young guy came to my house and looked around, but would only give me an estimate if he came inside of my house. I let him in, he said I definitely need the termite treatment. It was about 2k, so I told him I would talk to my husband and get back to him. 'Where is you husband?' he asked, I told him he was taking a nap because he works at night. 'Can you wake him up now?'. Like, WHAT? No way. We talked back and forth for a while, I told him no multiple times. He asked to use the restroom, and were there for a while. Not sure if he was expecting my husband to wake up or whatever. I finally told him: 'I know you want to make a sale, but I am not going to book this service with you at this moment. You need to leave and I will contact you later'. He said he couldn't leave until his boss tells him to. So he called someone, not sure who, and told them that he was trying but he couldn't make the sale, that I was a good customer and would reach out later. He finally left, what felt like hours, because, according to him, his boss trusted him enough that he had done a good job and could leave without making the sale. I felt so uncomfortable, I called Moxie told them I was moving to another state and had to cancel their services. I don't want to see that boy ever again. I called another company, told them what happened and they offered me a better deal than Moxie, they did an inspection and said that I didn't need a termite treatment after all.

They came out and gave a free quote. Robert was very nice and very knowledgeable of the service that they provide. I have a few more quotes to get, but so far they are the reasonable priced

John came out, he was knowledgeable and thorough. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Four stars as there was a miscommunication with the scheduler .

I am very upset with the business, they false advertise service area to be phoenix Arizona, however when you call the number provided the phone operator asks for your zip code and declared that they do not service phoenix Arizona. These businesses need to update their website to fulfill customer needs.
They don’t get rid of cob webs. Was told by technicians they only treat the front yard
I did not have a good experience w my technician he did not provide much info and gave me 0 confidence they would help or fix the issue he said there's not much we could but put some traps down unfortunately, I didn't even sleep that might due to bring so worried about my home honestly I felt taken advantage of I would not use this company very incompetent the guy didn't even ring my doorbell should be called reactive not proactive I'm very unhappy with their service and I don't have anything positive to say and in fact I should get my money back due to such a lack of concern or effort on their part. There is no guarantee and I literally feel like I was ripped off taken advantage of due to they knew my situation and took advantage of it. I don't recommend seems like they care more about ratings than people even with my newborn I asked if spraying was harmful the guy said well it is toxic fumes basically I had no idea what he meant by that I got a hotel for the week and left my home that same day. Worst customer service I've ever had
