They came to spray bees that have been swarming people coming to buy our home possibly costing us a sale. I have been texting and sending videos with no response. The bees are still there and they are ghosting me. I was recommended to use these guys because Bullwark didn’t do anything for bees. Really wish I could get rid of these. Maybe I can have my credit card company do a charge back on their merchant account since their treatment didn’t work. Update: They won’t come back and deal with them without charging $700 to do a full removal as their sprays don’t appear to work.

On December 31st, the customer contacted us and was quoted $700 for a full bee elimination with complex honeycomb removal from a roof cavity. This entailed performing a roof penetration to extract the hive which is the only method that includes a one-year warranty. The customer declined this option and stated they only wanted a kill. As they were selling the home and wanted to spend the least amount possible.<br><br>We clearly explained that a spray only treatment does not include a warranty and that without honeycomb removal, bee activity can return. The customer chose the $150 spray extermination option with no guarantee, fully understanding these limitations. This was not swarming bee but an established hive, likely containing 75+ pounds of honeycomb inside the structure, which significantly limits the effectiveness of spray-only treatments.<br><br>The spray service was performed on January 2nd.<br><br>On January 11th, the customer contacted us stating they were still seeing bees. On Monday morning January 12th we stated we would go out the next day to assess activity. Although the service was not under warranty, we returned on January 13th as a courtesy. During that visit, no live bee activity was observed, and video evidence of the property was taken and sent to the customer that same day.<br><br>After sending the video on January 13th, we did not receive any further communication from the customer until yesterday February 4th.<br><br>From the beginning and throughout the process, we consistently explained that without honeycomb removal, foraging and robber bees can continue to return. Spray treatments alone cannot reliably eliminate a hive of this size when honeycomb is layered within the structure.<br><br>We understand how stressful this can be when selling a home. We were transparent about pricing, limitations, and expectations from the start, and we returned outside of warranty as a courtesy. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jacquie and Levi and the service experience we had with Lunar Pest. My wife and I had a rodent issue crop upon in our townhome, and they couldn’t have been more professional and thorough when going through our home and conducting their inspection. They were attentive to our issues, took the time to thoughtfully answer our questions, and were solution-oriented in their approach. They even made themselves available to us after their inspection was complete to answer any follow ups via text, providing a level of promptness they didn’t necessarily need to extend us. That’s what customer service looks like and we could not have been more pleased with what we received when taking advantage of their free inspection. I hope we don’t have to call them again, but if we do, my wife and I will be calling Lunar Pest without hesitation.

Lunar Pest Control is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is extremely friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about what they do. We had to call them out to deal with a rodent in our garage, which they took care of in no time! I have been using Lunar for a year now and they always do a great job and communicate when they will be arriving for my appointment. Today I received a call from my tech, Jacquie because she was having an issue with getting my gate closed. This wouldn't seem like an issue to most but she saw I had a doggie door on my property and called to see if there was a pet in the home as she was worried about the potential for them to get out. Not only did she offer to place something against the gate to keep it shut, but she found a screw in her bag and re-attached my gate latch. This is the definition of above and beyond! I called Lunar Pest Control after seeing a TikTok video about keeping wasp out of your pool. Zack was so helpful and gave me some suggestions of products and things I can do to help keep them out. Unfortunately I am not local, but If I we’re, I would totally hire them for this job. He helped me come up with a plan to try and combat the wasp even after he realized I am too far away for his services. Such a nice guy!

Was very pleased with the job that Jacquie and levi provided not only did they fix the issue so I would not have the same problem but removed a couple of critters I loved their attitude and friendliness and they were right on it when I called good job !!!!

Zach and team with Lunar Pest have been incredible! After the first meeting and pest treatment, I have been raving about their overall knowledge and professionalism and friendliness to all my friends, family, and coworkers. I am very impressed with this company. My service team came out very quickly and got to work ASAP. Jacki and Levi were so professional and knowledgeable. I used them for roof rats so they had to come out many times to check the traps. I trusted them to come and go as they needed with no supervision. They were very respectful of the property and arrived exactly as scheduled. Communication via text was great. They spent a lot of time rodent proofing my attic, roof and home so I feel very confident in their work. They caught several rats over a week’s time and I’m super pleased with this experience. We had an awful Pigeon problem. The birds started nesting under our solar panels about three months ago. Recently. nasty stuff, including poop and eggs started coming down from our roof landing on our patio, planters, and lawn. It was disgusting and it smelled. We called several pest companies and the only company that indicated they would remove the nests and poop and clean and disinfect our roof was Lunar. The people were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great work ethic. I would strongly recommend this company for any pest or wildlife problem you may have. After seeing the job they had done, I can assure you their pricing is more than reasonable.
