Found a snake skin in our yard. Sent David pictures and he responded in less than 24 hours. He assured us it was a harmless rat snake. So I don’t have to worry about our cats or those of our neighbors as well as ourselves and the lawn crew. So between the cats and snake our chipmunk population is under control. Thanks David!

Spoke with a man on the phone and he literally went “sorry there’s no service in your area have a nice day” and hung up. I called back to ask if there was anyone else we could call and he again asked for my zip code and said “there’s no one who services your area have a nice day” and hung up. so rude and unhelpful.
Just a warning: this group comes up as the Montgomery area but the tech who called back was based in Opelika and couldn't drive this far... at least not for my issue. This isn't a review of their services, just a note on location.
