I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Termite and Pest. They’ve been servicing our home for a while, and we recently started using them for our business pest control as well. The employees are amazing and consistently great communicators, making everything incredibly easy to deal with. It’s rare to find a company that is this professional and reliable across the board. I trust them in my home when I’m not there. If you’re looking for top-notch service for your home or office, I highly recommend them!

Several issues with them giving one WIR showing all clear and no previous infestations then coming back on same property a few months later and saying there is an infestation and problem that will take thousands to resolve. Only want you to use their vents that are extremely overpriced. Get them on the phone about the issue and they are sure to point out that you need this to get a loan closed. Just wow….

Absolutely the best! Teresa is a god sent! She’s very thorough and explains everything. I’ve had other pest control companies but this one is hands down the best. Teresa searched every area of my home, top to bottom. If you want your pests and rodent problems actually fixed, this is the company for you. We’ve been using Absolute since building a new house out in the country. We get the ant treatment every 6 months and mosquito treatment every 3 weeks during the summer. We couldn’t even play with the kids outside before due to the ants and mosquitos, but the kids haven’t been bit once since starting treatment. And all our treatments are family and pet friendly! It’s been a lifesaver.

I believe his name Was Eric according to the tag in the email. As Eric knocked on my front door, my 2 dogs which are Dobermans, ran barking around to the front porch, Doing their job letting me know that someone was there. (I am selling my home. Buyers ordered a termite inspection. I have had 4 different contractors here in the last two weeks without a single concern and they all loved my dogs) This obviously startled the inspector (Eric? He never introduced himself) I opened the Front door and asked him to come in. As he entered my home, he proceeded to lecture me loudly and aggressively, how I was irresponsible for letting my dogs run free. He told me it was dangerous. “What if a child had been walking down the street”. (I live in the country on a dead-end road. Not that that matters my dogs never left my property) He continued to yell and lecture me telling me I was an irresponsible. At this point I am frightened and intimidated by this large man that entered my home, yelling aggressively, and being abrasive. I started to yell at him, telling him to get out of my house that he had no right to yell at me and I wanted him to leave. He ignored my request and continued with his inspection, shining his flashlight to the ceiling. It got to the point where we were both yelling at each other. I was crying and telling him to get out of my house. I was frightened and felt intimidated. He ignored my request and continued with his inspection. With a half hearted apology. He said he was concerned for his employee that was on his way to do the inspection in the crawlspace. Asking if his employee would be safe… what? At this point, he has entered the kitchen, and my dogs are greeting him with wagging tails. He was petting them and talking to them saying “they were doing a good job protecting me” He was very unprofessional in his behavior, his mannerisms and his verbal abuse. The entire time he was here I was intimidated and afraid. Horrible experience that never should have happened.
