If you don’t care who shows up at your house from month to month to do your service then I would highly recommend Cooks. But if your prefer a technician that comes on a regular basis, knows your problem areas, knows your pets if you have any, and you feel comfortable with them being on your property in your absence to do your service then I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COOKS PEST CONTROL..I have expressed concerns to the manager with regard to this and all I got was “lip service” telling me what I wante

For the last few months my service with Cooks has been terrible. I have been using them for years without a problem, but for the last 3 months the servicemen spends at most 5 minutes at my house actually putting out chemicals. I have complained that I am seeing pests in my house which I have never had. The service man says he will come back out but I have not seen him. At this point in time, unless I get better service from Cooks immediately, I could not recommend their service. With this level

After having Cooks for over 3 years, I moved into a new home and was promised it would be inspected February 17th- no show.
