I am writing about a Orkin contract for: squirrel removal, repair of a hole made by squirrels, and disinfectant application. This happened to my Mom, an 83 year old widow on a fixed income, with a hearing disability. The hole was improperly patched with screws extending through the roof that are visible from the ground.
