Stephanie Christensen is my #1 Contact at Knox Pest Control. Im always notified when its my Annual Termite Reexamination and through Stephanie she always schedules me on my availability and convenience. Stephanie has always provided FANTASTIC Customer Service with all of my questions and needs. She's always pleasant on the telephone. She is also quick to answer my questions or concerns promptly. If she doesn't have the answer, then she'll let me know that she'll get back to me as soon as possible. She always exudes a positive attitude on behalf of Knox Pest Control and that's what makes her Customer Service that much more appreciated from a customers perspective! I've been a Customer now of Knox Pest Control for almost 15 years and have had great positive experiences so far.

We’ve never had any issues with the techs, but we are cancelling our termite bond with Knox because Stephanie does not accept boundaries, nor does she accept no as an answer. We just had a tech show up, again, without us scheduling the service. So previously, we have not been home and had to send them away, or days like today where we’re all sick in the house and not in the mood to deal with pest control on a day we didn’t schedule them. We’ve also been customers since 2021, and she still calls me mister. I am not a man, I have never claimed to be a man, I do not look like a man, I do not sound like a man. Not sure what her deal is, but it’s disrespectful.

I'm a little confused by the 5 star reviews. I tried on multiple occasions to get someone out to my father's property about a mile from their offices and have been forgotten or ignored each time. I'm taking the hint and going elsewhere. Maybe they are so busy maintaining current customers at a 5 star level that they don't have time to return calls or keep appointments with new customers.
