I don’t think they are still in business. Have called multiple times to schedule annual inspection, but no call back. Usually get a mailbox full message.

The owner is really invested in his business. He goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy! Responsive, great value, and willing to try new things to help with my pest control needs. I highly recommend reaching out to them for a quote, questions, or any concerns. Especially if you have animals or livestock they will work with you to make sure they stay safe.

Don't use these guys if you are on any kind of timeline. I had them come out for a WDI inspection for a VA refinance prior to closing. The tech arrived on time, completed the inspection and promised a report submitted to the bank in 2-3 days. It's been 2 weeks and multiple calls trying to get the report but still no luck. My bank loan officer has even tried contacting them directly, still nothing.

I am sorry you were not happy. I personally spoke with the loan officer. The original email submitted to us was incorrect. Your loan officer confirmed receipt of all required documents. I also personally made sure this was completed. (I am the owner) I will call you shortly.

I called with a problem at four in the afternoon and they were at my house at 9:00 the next day. The technician was incredibly knowledgable. Very friendly folks. Glad I called them.
