The service is good. I usually don't have any bug problems. The only time I wasn't happy was when the service man texted me before 6 am on a Saturday to do the service.

We have had a few different pest control companies but I am thrilled with the customer service from Urbanex. I don't do ants. At all. Matt went above and beyond to find the source of where these uninvited guests were coming from. He then put out baits for that colony and sprayed everywhere. I know it'll be a few days to see a difference but I'm at least hopeful I won't have to check everything for an ant, soon!! Thank you!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Urbanex Pest Control. When I told them I wasn't satisfied with their services and wanted to cancel, they gave me the runaround instead of helping me end my subscription. I tried multiple times just to get someone to process the cancellation. What made things worse is that after I officially called to cancel, they still charged my account $150 without my permission. I felt blindsided and completely ignored as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Urbanex.
Don’t waste money with this people Get you self a real pest control, If you are not satisfied they will charge you $200 to cancel. They knocked on my door promising many things, but in reality they just want your money. Their products or whatever they spray doesn’t work. I wasted my hard earned money.
The service is super bad, they fumigate when it's going to rain and of course you'll lose your job, it's worse than the telephone companies since they tie you to a mandatory contract, the advisors confuse you and make you fall for this, regarding the service it doesn't even last 10 minutes, terrible service, I don't recommend it and to remove you from the service you have to pay a mandatory fine.

$150 fee to cancel within 12 months is a pretty terrible policy. I suspect that the lawn treatment they use caused an allergic reaction for my dog, but Urbanex was unwilling to let me out of this agreement early (4 months)

Our service agreement is designed as a one-year plan because it often takes a full cycle to fully eliminate pest issues and prevent new ones from developing. You are set up on a quarterly service (every 3 months), which includes 5 total visits in the first year.The initial treatment is designed to create a strong protective barrier.The second service, about 30 days later, targets pests that may have hatched since the first treatment, breaking the egg cycle.After that, we return quarterly to maintain coverage.Plus, your plan includes free re-services anytime if you notice pest activity between scheduled visits.All of these details were included in the signed agreement at the time of sign-up, which was also sent to your email for reference.As for your pet, our products are EPA-approved and considered pet-friendly once dry. That said, we absolutely understand that all animals can have different sensitivities, which is why we offer an organic, essential-oil–based treatment alternative for pet owners who prefer an extra layer of peace of mind.We’d love the chance to go over options with you and make sure you and your pet feel comfortable moving forward. This place is a complete fraud. I wish we would have really looked into the reviews before agreeing to use their services. They come knocking on your door, essentially begging you to use them. They have to walk the streets to find people to beg. Once they rope you in, they beg for reviews so they can get bonuses. Hence the thousands of 5 star reviews mentioning someone by name. I should really learn how to say "no" instead of being pressured into things. Anyway, their products don't work or they don't... either way, don't waste your time or your money. Apparently, they're even charging people's cards after they've already canceled. Read the fine print, and don't believe everything (or anything) the salesmen tell you. Anyway, you won't get your money back; there isn't a 100% money back guarantee even though that's what they want you to believe. You may get your money back for once service, but you'll have wasted a lot more for the previous services that do. not. work. After reading others reviews and based on my own experience, I'm starting to believe they use chemicals or something to make the bugs worse so they can keep coming back and stealing money.
Salesman signed me up and i told him wed be moving in a couple months and id have to cancel service. He said it would be no problem and i wouldnt be charged a few. They don't let you cancel via text or email which is fine but they sent a reminder message for next day service at 5:15 when there office is closed. So i tried to call and they are closed. Super frustrating
We had a bad experience with a solicitor claiming he was with this company at 2:00pm CT on 7/12/2025. He was wearing a t-shirt with this company's brand, so he may very well have been a legitimate representative of this company. If he was not, the company should certainly know that an unauthorized person is claiming to represent their company. This solicitor would not leave our property despite our repeated requests for him to do so. He became quite threatening in tone after ringing our doorbell nonstop, as initially we ignored him and refused to answer our door despite clearly being home. My husband had to chase him off of our front porch, which caused the rep to start laughing as he literally skipped away. Very odd and concerning behavior. Since this visit, several of our neighbors have elevated their concerns and have shared similar video footage of this individual on social media. Our HOA has a clear no soliciting policy with signage, which many of us communicated to this rep before he became aggressive and refused to leave. Based on the reviews posted here, our neighborhood isn't the only one in our region facing this type of concerning soliciting behavior.

It’s almost 7:30 at night and they just knocked on my door and rung the door bell, I’ve got a sleeping baby and 2 dogs. Naturally the dogs bark waking the baby if she hadn’t already been woken up by the doorbell. A company that solicits can’t be good especially that late in the day. I don’t know how good of work they do and I’m not even a customer and I won’t be when you show up at my door that late. If I want or need pest control I’ll call don’t come to me asking for business.
They left the back gate open and our dog got out when he went to use the potty at bedtime. They knew we had a dog and forgot to close it. Do better!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! URBANEX PEST CONTROL They completely ruined my patio! During a routine service on , their technician carelessly knocked over a pot of fish grease, which splattered all over my brand-new outdoor rug and patio. The smell is horrendous, and the stains are impossible to remove. My rug is completely destroyed, and my patio is now a greasy, smelly mess. I've tried contacting them numerous times, providing photos and videos of the damage, but they refuse to take responsibility. To add insult to injury, they won't even let me out of my contract! They're basically saying 'tough luck' after destroying my property. This company is completely unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers or the damage they cause. I'm beyond frustrated and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for pest control services. The answer to the owner responds you guys need to make it right you guys need to replace my rug and clean my patio back to where it was before I allowed your company to come on to my property and then the nerve to charge me $350 for an early termination fee go figure

That same day, we issued a $60 credit to your account, and our team member Josh Rivera reached out to apologize and offered to help with professional cleaning. At the time, you let us know you’d handle it yourself and expressed appreciation for Josh's call. You chose to continue service with us, and we were glad to keep serving you.Over the next few months, we made at least nine additional attempts to follow up and ensure you were taken care of. Josh and Caleb reached out multiple times in June and July to assist further and check in on your satisfaction. In August, Josh again connected with you and applied an additional $75 credit, fully clearing your account and bringing your total credits to $135, more than your service costs to date. Our goal has always been to resolve this in a way that felt fair to you.Josh also scheduled an inspection for the rug and patio area, but when we arrived for service on October 11, our technician couldn’t access the backyard due to a locked gate. We did complete the front yard treatment, but you later reached out asking to cancel the service, stating you didn’t feel it should be paid in full because the backyard was not treated.We understand how upsetting property concerns can be, and we sincerely tried to resolve this with care and fairness—through immediate credits, personal outreach, service attempts, and multiple follow-ups. While it’s disappointing this wasn’t resolved to your satisfaction, we truly made every effort to take responsibility and offer support.If you would still like to speak with us directly, we’re always open to a respectful conversation.
