Lane was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He did a great job explaining the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained when and how to reach out in case of and issues. This is my first time with specter and I will definitely be using them in the future

Ryan is amazing and knows his stuff, he takes pride in his work and spector pest management to ensure all ur needs, questions, and concerns are met! I would choose these guys over any other company very reasonable pricing and they will work with you on anything, once again I highly recommend this company and Ryan as your technician all the other technicians are great but he's my favorite!

Do NOT do business with this company. Misti is a horrible person. They lie to you knowing you don’t read the entire contract and will charge you for leaving early. We are moving out of town and she hung up on me. I repeat, DO NOT do business with this horrible company.

I wish there’s zero star options. The technician was good. But they won’t fulfill their contract. They will give you the initial treatment and won’t schedule for the following treatment until you call them. If you want to get out of contract, you have to pay $200 for cancellation fee. Look for someone else who would take care of their customers.

Not happy with Specter Pest Management. Was charged for a respray that I wasn't supposed to be charged for. Asked for a refund and they refused to refund me the money. I told them to cancel my contract because they were not withholding there end of the contract my ants were still there and I was being charged for services that I shouldn't have been charged for. They are still refusing to refund my money.

I paid for a year of service in advance and recently cancelled services. Now they will not refund the rest of my service I am not going to receive. No one is available I can talk to higher up.

Update: (Original 5 star review left below) I reviewed this company and Wolf after their initial visit. I believe Wolf performed his job well and would invite him in to perform another pest treatment, if he was with a different company. We have a new construction home and we’re serviced 3 times by Spectre. We still noticed alot of spiders, and some sort of microscopic beetle in our bathtub. I called to request an extra service between our normal services, an “emergency” service. They weren’t able to get anyone out for 2 weeks. In my opinion, this was unacceptable. I requested a cancellation of service, which was granted with no hesitation. It actually surprised me that they didn’t try to keep my business. 🤷🏻♂️ After 3 visits from our new pest company, we are basically pest free. Wolf=5 Stars. Very personable, efficient, and hard working Specter=0 Stars. Their product did not work at all. Original 5 Star Review: Wolf is a great extermination technician. He spends extra time on our problem areas that we point out. He is very friendly and thorough. I request him when it is time for our treatment!

Worst company ever, I hired them to get rid of ants, they could not get it done so I told them I dont need their services any longer. Two months later they sent me a bill for the last two visits that never happened. I questioned that and they charged my credit card $200 without my knowledge or permission. Avoid this company at all cost.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. I've had issues after both times they came out and the customer service response to my complaints has been lacking. Highly do not recommend. Run!

Let me tell you, you can call them but they won’t call you back they will only message you through a system the woman on the phone told me. Why would I want to do business with a company who will only text and not have a verbal conversation.

Salesman comes to my new home and introduces themselves as the local pest control in the neighborhood. Immediately conducted an inspection outside of my home. Later, comes back to my door to show a picture of a spiderweb on my house. The salesman tells me about a protection plan, adds me to a service schedule, have me sign a document saying he provided protection details, and asked for my credit card information. I declined to provide my credit card info, but I felt forced to use this service. That is not the proper way to gain customers trust. You don’t show up to a customers door and force them to buy a service. I’m sure if I would’ve provided a credit card, it would’ve been charged since I was force on the service schedule. I didn’t asked to be place on a schedule. Furthermore, the salesman didn’t properly introduce the company. I honestly thought it was the same company that initially serviced my home. I wonder how many older customers Spector has taken advantage of…Please do better and i’m not interested.

DON'T LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOUSE! Specter Salesman emailed a quote to me after knocking on door. He came back 3 times. I told him I'd get back to him. While only my wife was home the next day, Specter showed up and started spraying my house. They demanded a credit card to pay for the services. They told my wife I had agreed to the contract and intimidated her into paying. Nasty person spraying for Specter was lying and pushing a woman home alone into paying money to him. I called the company and she said... You are right, you haven't signed a contract with us. She got rude and said... Well she paid. I said I didn't sign a contract. Payment was stopped and she said she deactivated our "account." STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CORRUPT COMPANY. RUN AWAY!
