This is the 2nd time in a row this tech refused to treat the inside of my home as I requested. He told me there was a policy change, however, when I called the office, I was told that wasn't true. Please send a different tech to my home next time so I can get the service I ask for. Thank you.

I would not recommend this company. They are overly priced. They only come every other month. I was told something completely different from the salesperson than what I was told today. I got suckered into paying $65 a month, thinking that my whole yard would be covered.My foundation around my house would be sprayed. And come to find out today that they only spray forty feet from the home. So my yard is not even being treated completely now.I know why the service guy does the service so quickly. I was told that what I would be paying for would cover my whole yard the foundation of my house and even having the inside . The first time they were supposed to come out , the guy never showed up. One time the guy came out and didn't even give us enough time to answer the door he turned around and left. As we saw on our ring camera. Then I found out today that if you have to reschedule that pushes your contract date out. There was a time.I had the reschedule because I was at the hospital with with my dog and I had to put him down.Do the cancer. You think they would understand that and not push your contract date out . Then if you wanna cancel, you can't until your contract is up.Unless you wanna pay 350+ dollars. This company is a scam. I was misled and lied to about the kind of service I was signing up for and what I was supposed ro be getting.

Horrible business model. You get stuck in a contact for 24 months, pay every month but only get serviced every other month. They just schedule you, don’t give you a time frame either. So most likely you won’t be home so they can spray the inside of the home. All the techs have always been wonderful, but overall the business is a scam.

I have had the service for less than three months. I called because I’m having an ant issue inside the home. It is not a priority for them to get to the home while having an issue. As I get things are scheduled out when your provide a product and a service you should stand behind it. The product obviously doesn’t last the three months between service. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

This was the worst performance treatment I have ever received, and the technician did not want to listen to my concerns. This service receipt is false as he did not spread granules in my yard as required, he did not wipe around my windows in the backside of house upstairs or wipe down the eaves. Window frames were not sprayed around framing. Asked not to spray on windows but was informed not possible. I will be requesting another service to be performed, but most of all my last two payments refunded and cancel my services. This had to be the worst.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Half swept n sprayed outside. Killed a spider the very next day. Didn’t call,knock or ring door bell. Left without doing inside. Came back after my complaint & refused to spray unless I basically get under another agreement & tell him what to spray. I can tell you which rooms but how much & what is supposed to be discussed in training. This company started out great but the last year has been absolutely awful, unprofessional X10 even sent out a manager that’s no better. I will be finding another company asap & all my family that uses them that I referred here will be leaving also.

In regards to your services causing issues recently, We do apologize for the frustration that you have been experiencing with you appointments. We have been able to complete the Exterior portion of your services but we have not been able to treat the Interior. We can guarantee that we are still doing all of the services that you have been paying for. The Interior Treatment is completely complimentary and our Technicians are always happy to do them. The only issue is that a few of our Technicians had concerns about their own well being as well as their job security due to some activities inside the home that made them uncomfortable. Our company has strict policies for our Technicians that they must uphold and they felt that being present during said activities would have negative repercussions for them and their employment. However, they were willing to compromise so that we could treat the Interior of your home in a manner that would not put them at risk. But when this was addressed with one of the home owners, our Technician was told that no compromise would be made. We 100% respect all home owners but we also respect our Technicians and their concerns for their own safety. Product never worked, when I asked if they could come spray again they said I need to give it more time. Again their product wasn’t working. Tried multiple times to cancel my services and here it is months later and they still haven’t cancelled my account. They continued charging me for services I wasn’t receiving and just stopped responding to my emails.

Imagine offering a service that is overpriced and underperformed and then refusing to cancel that service when the client says to charge them the cancellation fee so they can be done with you. Then imagine emailing them to say that they’re gonna send their employees to your home to be trespassed. Imagine what that looks like when I send all this correspondence to the employee after they’re arrested for their attorney. Just imagine. Thanks for the additional email afterwards that shows my actual cost for cancellation is only $100. We can go back and forth; the end result will be the same.

Do not use EnviroGuard. They’re incredibly unprofessional and do a terrible job. They’ve left puddles of insecticide inside on the floor. Get an attitude when you ask to treat indoors. Sprayed erratically in the garage including dousing the vacuum and even getting some near and splatters on my car. Sent me invoice for canceling of $150 two days ago and call every day asking for payment. I asked 3 times for a new tech and never got one. Sent photos of issues and rep acted like it was totally normal.
