Andrew just left our house. Great job. So polite ask if we have any po. We have those about any problems. Have these big flying things that look like big mosquitoes. He explained what they are and is going to spray around the doors and windows for them. They are just a nuisance. Very nice guy!!

Prime is excellent at what they do. They communicate thoroughly, they are prompt, timely, and courteous. I have recommended them to all my neighbors. We use them for all our pest control needs. Andrew my tech was polite and a great communicator.

Sales guy came to my door, talked to me about options. Told me they could do it at this xxx rate for 6 months and I can cancel anytime during the period. So five months went by and I needed to cancel as I was moving to another state. They said that I still owed them $60 for the previous inspection and that would be it. So I sent a bank check to them for $60. January comes around and they send me a sms saying that they are coming for an inspection. Sent a email explaining what happened and that I had already explained that to them that I had canceled. February comes around and once again telling me that I have a scheduled appointment which I once again told the same situation except this time they started asking where I lived now so they could continue the service even though that was canceled two months ago. Few days pass by and now they sent me a bill for $150 services due and that’s not even including the $60 I sent to them. I have sent my concerns via email and also have proof that I was to send the $60 and that would be it but here I am continuously getting billed and not only they are not even doing a service because I TOLD them it was canceled now that I have relocated. So for that I’m giving you one star.

After the 2 visit after my last payment no one has been by I had to change my contract due to payment issues, they are still taking money out and still no technician comes by to do their job. This will be the last time I deal with them!

Signed up in May only 2 treatment since then but been charged every month for bi monthly.. had to call to get the 2nd treatment in July now its November and had to call again for no service.. and they want me to pay 2 months $150 to cancel the service that they have not performed.. you broke the agreement not me .. I'm have to get a different company for pest control

I’ve had a terrible experience with Prime. I’ve only had someone come out to spray my home one time in July and now it’s November and still no one has sprayed. But I’m paying expensive prices every month. Also when I tried to cancel they charged my card then called back saying i paid the wrong fee and it’s actually going to be more than what they charged me. I spoke with a branch manager and even he said they messed up and was supposed to send someone that same week and still no one came. So I had to keep the services and be refunded. It took over a week for me to receive a refund and I had to continuously call and leave voice messages. I’m so upset with this service. Do not get services with Prime. I wish I could give negative stars.

All of these positive reviews MUST BE fake. I originally went with Prime Pest Control because I wanted to support a small, locally owned business. What a mistake… I gave Prime Pest Control three solid chances before cancelling my account and writing this review. When I first signed up, I was told that a technician would come to my property once every two months automatically. I’d get a text a few days before confirming my appointment and if I ever had any issues or infestations within the two month period, just call and a technician would come out for free to service the property. Not one bit of that was true. Their customer service is abysmal.. If you call outside of their normal business hours and leave a voicemail, no one returns your call.. ever. I’ve had an infestation on a weekend that I ended up just dealing with myself because no one returned my call. If you call during business hours, you get an AI generated text— unless you’re really mad in your response, good luck getting a call back. Oh.. and you WILL have to call them. Aside from the absolute first service I received shortly after signing with Prime, I had to call and ask why no one had come to my property after 2+ months. Of the three services I was actually able to receive, the technician only put garage traps in place the first time. The last time someone came to the property the company was ‘out of traps.’ Not the technician was out of traps that day— the entire pest control company was out of sticky traps.. When I asked the technician why he bothered showing up without the proper equipment, he said ‘well scheduling wouldn’t know if we have the equipment but we’ve been out of traps for weeks.’ I had to take time off of work for that appointment! And the technician told me I would have to call back to make another appointment to get the traps replaced and he wasn’t sure if I would be charged for it since it would be an additional visit outside of their once every two month schedule… Their billing schedule is really erratic, as well. I was told I’d be charged the first of every month, but what really happened is I would get random partial charges throughout the month. That could be really problematic for folks living paycheck to paycheck— it’s so inconsiderate as a company to randomly charge your customers. I support local, but this is not the one to support.

These People will invoice you before they even come spray. Now they won't even answer the phone or return a call so we can cancel.

Completely unsatisfied with this company and the (lack of) service. They came out and sprayed once they were suppose to come back at least 30 days after according to the contract and their whole little spiel on there about it the lifecycle. They never came back out and charged me even though the contract says I will NOT be charged until after each service. My husband called and whoever answered the phone claimed I called and cancelled an appointment and was never called back to reschedule. Well that’s a complete lie. I have no record of an appointment and I definitely never called. I sent an email stating I want to be let out of the contract because they also do not have the correct address listed on the contract which makes me question if they are even competent enough to service the correct address. I received no response and was just charged again with no service. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and reporting this to Alabama Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I’ll also be seeing a lawyer about breach of contract since I have received no response to my email to cancel the service effective immediately on 9/16/25.
The guys marketing for this company need to be fired. If someone tells you to leave their property then leave. It doesn’t take 6 times saying it- arguing for you to turn around and walk away. Stop bothering people.

I am highly disappointed by the service Richard performed. I am moving from out of town (4hrs away and driving up there with babies) and the house my family and I are going into Is infested with spiders. I was told dewebbing and removal of eggs would be done- it wasn’t, they are still there in the same places I pointed out to the technicians. I was told spraying would be done to kill the spiders inside the house… we moved in today and saw them crawling everywhere! I have young children and they’re crawling on their cribs and all over the carpet. The same spiders I pointed out are still there and alive as well! I took pictures and had to buy my own supplies to remedy this issue. The service was scheduled to be done while we were out of town on 7/17/25- the technician was notified of our concerns by Max and was shown how badly infested the house is. The urgency we placed on this because we were moving our 1 year old and 4 month old in on 7/19/25 was completely disregarded. I can’t even trust that the yard was serviced because obviously the most important part of this procedure was neglected. I’m paying for a monthly service that isn’t even being performed. I will not be paying for this initial start up fee and would like to be released from contract as this is showing me how the company handles concerns. I’ll attach some of the pictures we took today when we came to officially move in; now imagine that but all over this older home and the spiders just crawling around everywhere. We can’t even sleep in the house with our children because I’m terrified they will get bit and I have no idea if these are poisonous. This is wild to me. We didn’t move boxes in because the services were planned specifically for that day so we could move into a clean and spider free home for our kids and animals. I’m so shocked that they even thought it was okay to do something like this knowing the customers concerns. If I could give zero stars I would.

Edit: Apparently prime doesn’t know how to do basic math. We have a sign on our door that says no soliciting and my wife mentioned that to the person and said thanks but no thanks. We are not required to talk to you because we have used your service. We will happily post our ring video of your salesperson calling us rude on the internet so people can see how you treat the public who dares to not use your service! You mask your bad reviews with lies, so nice try there bro. Incredibly rude salesman came to our house at 8 o’clock at night and called us Rude for not wanting to come to the door. Absolutely ridiculous, we do not owe you anything. Pushy salesmen and way overpriced. Choose any other pest control place
