Ashley was very friendly and took time to speak to us about what she found.

Tyler gave us Exceptional service and was very nice and presented himself well.

Fred has serviced our house a few times and he’s always very professional and respectful. He always takes care of all our pest control needs.

Palaside is a great company im always satisfied with there services the worker's are always pleasant wen they come out to services the property , I never see any bugs after service is done , I left Cooks Pest Control to swap over to you guys and I glad I did and Anna is such a sweetheart wen she comes to service the property, I recommend anyone with Pest control services to switch to palaside.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company charges a monthly fee at almost $100, but only shows up quarterly. In the initial visit, they make it seem as if it's monthly visits, tho. Plus, I just found out, they have an annual fee to go along with the monthly fee for their termite inspections. They spun it like there was no monthly fee if you chose the annual fee. It was my fault for not paying close enough attention to the billing, but they charge a monthly fee along with their "annual" fee. I would pay over $1600 dollars for their services for the year if I didn't decide to cancel. And on that, they make it impossible to cancel your account. In fact, while trying to cancel my policy, they threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay their annual renewal and monthly fee. Do not use this company. Find a local, small business guy trying to feed his family. This company is a farse

Apparently this company thinks that it's okay to ambush potential customers in their own yard. And then after being told to cancel, they conveniently "only have documented communication" from one date when they received the first one star review. Then send a balance to collections to send a collection agency after you. Then tell you to talk to the collection agency because it's already sent there. No ma'am. I didn't do anything wrong. I canceled because of dissatisfaction. They say they sent messages. I did not receive any. My last communication was when I cancelled in which case they said it would be cancelled. I left a bad review because of how terrible this company is, and then I get a collection email today. This review will likely be deleted by then or something crazy. Do no do business with these people. They have no integrity and their services don't actually work. Which is why I canceled after the first service. My advice is to also have your attorney on standby to review the collection. She said she would get her supervisor to do more research and call me back. I'm not interested in excuses or lies. I want them to recend their collection they sent off, and not harass me. Which is the only acceptable outcome.

Did not see employee spray the house 6ft up and 6ft out. Also the sales rep said that they would treat the whole yard with granulars for pest and ants. Did not do what I was told by the sales rep. Also said mosquitoes buckets would be placed through out the yard only got two.😐

Your guy showed up at my door wanting us to use your company. I told him I used Cooks. He kept talking and I told him we used Cooks a 2nd time. He verbally insulted me and I told him to get off my property. Very poor representation of your company.

I did not use.. just noticed my neighbor..he was spraying around windows and garage doors.. raining to beat 60.. don't see how its not being washed off😆

The techs are fine but the service (company is horrible .the problem is they guaranteed results and seen any of this! I didn’t have an infestation problem just did not want these insects in my house! And when I tried to cancel the service they hit my account with a $250 dollar fee. beware of this company there have been other home owners in my neighborhood who canceled them and I have been told there will be more. Consumers should never have to pay for something that does not work!

I really wanted to leave a good review, especially with seeing all of the reviews. But the salesman, Chad, made the prices out to be what they were not. So imagine my surprise when my husband and I had unexpected charges coming out of our account. Then he also told us that the termite control was included in our start up fee and monthly fee. This was not the case and I was rather shocked when they came out to do the termite control and I heard it was another fee included. The issue is not the money for us; it was the sales pitch that was not true. I feel like he was just trying to make a sale so we said yes. Not a happy customer.

A woman came to our house and rang the doorbell/knocked cold calling us. I could not come to the door at the moment and she tried opening the door. Unacceptable. I don’t mind someone trying to make a living but this crossed the line completely. Lock your doors.
