Do not waste your money. This was a very big investment with no satisfaction. The install was on time and done well. But the system has not helped with our mosquito control. Was out of town for a couple of months during summer and came back to mosquitos and a system with over half the nozzles not working. Corresponded with Adam who said he will look at another insecticide and reprogram for more sprays during the day. But this never got done. Asked for a line to be replaced; made appt, tech turns up and winterized the system but did not replace the line. $4000 investment and no results and poor customer service.

The system works fine and they come as scheduled but they don’t lets us know they are on property which can and has caused issues with our dogs and this year they stopped returning the hose after using it to fill the tank.

The technician spent more time than my previous company, he was friendly and explained things. Highly recommended! The tech spent over double the time than TDI and we’ve never had to call them back! 100% satisfied

Service technician arrived as scheduled. He rang the door to let me know he was on the property ready to spray application. He advised us to keep our dog inside for at least 30 minutes after yard treatment. These seemingly small details are what makes a company stand out to me. Also, the company sends email reminders before they arrive which is always nice for me to know!

Avery was great. However.... I received a text that advised our house would be serviced on July 2nd. The 2nd came and went and no MosquitoNix so I filled the tank myself. At 9 am on the 15th, our doorbell rang. Guess who? MosquitoNix. This was even though I have advised since day one that I insisted on a minimum of 24 hours notice. I insist on this because our tank is inside and we have to be home for it to be serviced. So, my rating might get back to 5 stars, but only time will tell.

Our technician, Lucas Henderson, is very professional and timely. He has been great. He has performed the mosquitonix services for the last several months on our home and it has been running great!!! He found some issues and fixed them immediately. He is a great technician and mosquitonix works!!!

The system works beautifully. So why a 1 star review? Sadly, the system itself works. Unfortunately, the routine service has failed us AGAIN. Our tank has run empty multiple times. And we can’t seem to get this corrected. And now here we are on a holiday weekend and won’t be able to get service for days. This is NOT what we signed up for. And even when they come back from the holiday weekend, knowing we’ve had sub-par service, they won’t send a technician out for a couple of days. It’s completely unacceptable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: When we first installed the Mosquito Nix system we were very pleased. The system works and the customer service was excellent. Something has changed and the customer service has drastically declined. The routine service appointments are no longer routine. We hope you can make improvements.

1st review Never had a problem. Staff is courteous and professional. Been using them for a long time. 2nd review. Mosquito Nix has been a great service for me but the last two times that my yard was treated something has been lacking. I watched tech spray and I can assure you it wasn’t because he didnt do his job. Did something change? Very disappointed in the last two treatments because the mosquito problem was not taken care of. 3rd Review Just had yard sprayed. Hoping they changed their formula back to their original. We will see as temps get warmer. Cody is the tech that comes and he has been the most polite young man. Very personable and I like that.

When I called to complain that the mosquitoes were not being controlled. They came out 4 days later. It turns out that despite have the service plan, they found the tank empty. They refilled the tank and it solved the problem. I was disappointed that it was not maintained in an operational condition.

For years we have had no problems whatsoever with mosquitos, but for some reason this year I’ve had to call for multiple reapplications and even then, we still have had some issues. However, they are always responsive and would come with no questions asked! Not sure if the formula changed or just different weather this year that caused the issues, but still a happy customer!

So here we are kayaking down the Flint River just a little south of Ryland Pike when I see a mosquitonix company truck parked on the side of the river near one of the picnic sites and less than five feet from the water's edge is his mosquito backpack sprayer where he very obviously just finished fogging the riverbank for mosquitoes undoubtedly blowing pesticides directly into the river which are highly toxic to fish and damaging to the ecosystem.....

The products we utilize in this environment are botanical and biodegradable and not toxic to fish or the environment according to the EPA. The label includes the breakdown of essential oils that are the active ingredients in our formulation...16% Geraniol, 14.5% Thyme Oil, .8% Cedarwood, .9% Rosemary<br><br>So while the 1 star review doesn't help our overall rating, this type of information is great to share with our community. We believe in controlling mosquitos and ridding properties of vector borne diseases while being good neighbors and good stewards of our environment.
