I shared a review earlier, but I forgot to mention our technician’s name Malik Baker . Absolutely went above and beyond great service very nice guy. Continue to use this service because of the employees as well as the results. Seriously this guy is fantastic super polite and honest. We accidentally left our trunk open with expensive tools sitting out and he called us and even let us know and offered to close it for us.

This service allows us to enjoy our back yard, which backs up to a drainage creek. Otherwise, the mosquitoes would make it unbearable to be out in the back yard. The service technician is familiar with our yard, which gives us confidence. He is reliable, thorough, and responsive to what our property requires. Very satisfied with his service treatment.

Your technician rang our doorbell at 12:16 pm. I gave him some instructions to be sure and spray under a large magnolia tree in our front yard. I watched them and they considered spraying under the tree from 15 ft. away was adequate. When they started pulling out of our driveway at 12:21 I let them know they had not sprayed under the magnolia tree. One of the technicians reluctantly got his sprayer and halfway sprayed under the tree. Now I understand why we still have mosquitoes after each spray. A 5 minute service just doesn’t do the job. Even after getting out of his truck, restarting the sprayer and halfway spraying under the tree, they pulled out of our driveway at 12:26 pm. $100.00 for a 10 minute service is probably a bad investment

Hello Terry, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your treatments. Our blowers can reach over 40 feet so treating something from 10-15 feet away is the correct distance. We do guarantee all of our work and so if for whatever reason there are still mosquitoes after we treat we return to perform an additional treatment and an additional treatment and inspection at no cost.
Truck Driver’s Matter “Truck Drivers Matter”
Came on Friday for a repeat spray. Has not helped still getting bit on Sunday. Not impressed at the moment.

They were supposed to let me know when they were coming so I could lock my dog up, they did not and it was supposed to be in the afternoon and they came before noon. As far as I can tell there is no change in our mosquitoes. I don’t even think they went into the backyard like they were supposed to, probably because the dog was not locked up. Could have been fixed with the text I supposed to receive. Now I have called them 3 times and haven’t gotten anyone else out here to re-treat. So now they have come and re-treated my lawn and I had to change my rating to 1 star. They did not let me know they were on their way AGAIN, and when he went to treat the backyard, Anthony just hung the hose over the fence and treated the front fence line. Didn’t even get where my kids play set is or anything! WILL NOT be using them again!!!

It did nothing to decrease the issue. 2 young men would show up at my home, and from the time it took to walk from the front door to the back door, they had supposedly sprayed my whole yard. They were supposed to call and let me know they were on their way, never called once...but...never forgot to send me a text telling me what dude liked to do on his time off!🙄🙄 I'm gonna have to say don't bother!

We have used this company for years with wonderful reviews. However this year, has been a disaster. The first technician barely sprayed my yard and they had to send out another guy two days later. I breed dogs and upon using this company I had one request. My dogs go outside between 7 and 8 AM, 11 AM and noon, and 4 PM and 5PM. Any other time is great for doing the service. That has NEVER been an issue... UNTIL THIS YEAR. For three straight weeks they showed up around 11:30 while I'm letting my dogs out. Each week I called the office and told them that this can't happen. So last week when it happened, I had the technician call while I stood there to talk to the office. He told me it wouldn't happen anymore. So what happens... I'm letting my dogs out and guess who pulls up at 11:30. YEP !!! I told both techs to tell their manager, the next time it happens, I am DONE WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!! IF YOU DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS, JUST SAY SO.
