We have used Crown since our home inspection and ever since. Aaron came out for our annual inspection, what a nice man. He explained what they use, how it works and answered every bug question I asked him. Great customer service. Peace of mind working with the pros at Crown.

We had an ant problem and Crown came out promptly and took care of our issue! Very friendly and professional!

Spoke with Bella on a Monday to have a tech out. She said Chad would be here Tue AM. Never showed. He called a noon and said he was off that day and would be out Wed AM. Same thing. Never called or showed up. Not a good way to get new customers. Called someone else who did want business.

Our tech Thad was awesome! Very professional and patient with our questions and concerns. He was very thorough with his work, which as a first time patron, we greatly appreciated. Looking forward to have Crown service any needs in the future!

When they arrived, they didn’t just address the ants—they came prepared with a full solution, offering advice on dealing with spiders, mosquitoes, and even took care of a hard-to-reach wasp nest. Crown Services is by far the most professional termite and pest control company out there. They consistently go above and beyond without pushing unnecessary sales. Their focus is truly on getting the job done right and ensuring you're well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I never need to worry about pest control since I started working with Crown Service. Their technicians, like Edward, always give me a heads up before they arrive, and they go out of their way to resolve any concerns I have. I think the way they communicate and set expections is my favorite aspect of the company. Since using them, I haven't had a pest problem.

Since moving to Huntsville, Crown has been a great service for us. They always text the day before service as a reminder. Harrison, the technician that comes, has always been very punctual and professional. He always calls when he is about 10 minutes away. He does a thorough job, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. We have not had a single pest problem since starting our service with Crown.

Edward is always polite and fun. He’s great with our dogs when they are out and is always quick and efficient!

Edward was exemplary in communicating to provide a seamless experience- we had to reschedule when the ice storm compromised the safety of the techs and they were wonderful about attempting to keep the appointment and staying in touch when the property became impassable and rescheduling was necessary.

A big NO from me. Such a terrible and unprofessional service and staff. I have them treat the fungi in crawl space last June when I bought the house. I came down there three weeks ago and noted that fungi was everywhere on the wood. I give them a call 2 weeks ago and another call 1 week ago to have someone come over and have a look. Both ladies on the phone told me to expect a call back the next day. I hear nothing from them. I don’t recommend this business. Plus there is no way fungus can come back this fast if they actually did their job well. Too bad I trusted them and didn’t go down there to check earlier. I am telling my neighbor the same thing and to be cautious with these people. Update: I just had a new contractor come to evaluate my crawl space today. The new contractor confirms that there is no evidence of any fungal treatment that was made previously at all. This is very upsetting. So new homeowners, please beware of this company.

I called Friday and booked an appointment for today. I have a critter under my house and someone was supposed to come out between 8:30-9 am. I had to call once at 9 and again at 10 became there was no communication at all. The lady in the office confirmed my appointment and time. She put me through to the tec that was supposed to come to my house but his mailbox on cell phone was full. When he answered at 10 he had t call the office and then when he called me back he was an hour away. He said he would swing by but I should have already been on the schedule and not an afterthought. Told him to forget it. He apologized but too late!

A bit over priced

Unprofessional is the best way to describe them. They asked if I had any weed to smoke, then made inappropriate comments towards me. Do not use this company!
