I recently moved into a home previously serviced by Cook’s Pest Control and had two very disappointing interactions with one of their sales representatives. Both times, I was met with high-pressure tactics — including being told that if I didn’t act quickly, they would remove the termite stations. I received a bill from Cooks pest control on 10-11-21 for service they allegedly did in August! They never entered my home and the manager explained they service the outside not the inside! I have a lock on my back gate so it was impossible for them to service the entire outside! Manage was un professional and seem to not care! I thought I was going with a great company, due to a few recommendations, but I should've researched a little more. I was thoroughly displeased with my services rendered.
