Best Pest Control Casper

Current experience: The owner talked to my husband, and he wanted to make it right. Someone else came today, and it was a MUCH better experience. He explained what we could do to prevent it in the future, and gave specific options for what they could do for us now, along with the cost of each. We'll see how it goes. Previous experience: Similar to the review from LeAnn Portz, my husband had someone come in for 7 minutes for rodent control. The man didn't even confirm that the mouse was still there, or where, or if there were more. He told my husband that he could go buy a trap himself and put peanut butter in it. Then told him he would be sending a bill for $125 (for NO services). And that if it turned into an infestation, we could call them back and spend the "big bucks" to fix it.

Awful, 450 dollars later I still have spiders. Tried to call and email manager multiple times to get a resolution, he would just reply by sending an invoice and threatening to send me to collections. Tried to go by address listed and it is a residential house. Very unprofessional

Set a appointment never showed up or called back dont waste your time with these people

Derek was great. Showed up on time did what he said he’d do and our mouse problem was gone in just a couple of days. He was responsive with answering calls and texts. Highly recommend for mouse control.

$100 for 13 minutes total. Pointed out areas I could fix myself to “save money.” Wouldn’t look at other areas of the house when I asked for a more thorough check.

I guess the business owners deleted my other review. So here we go again….guy comes over, sprays some baseboards, charges $200 and we get a wonderful story about his medical history in front of my kids. I would never recommend a service when it’s a mystery how much you will actually be charged. Buy an online subscription and save a ton of money!

Called to schedule for service and the customer service over the initial phone call should have been an indication of how bad this was going to go. After the gentlemen scheduled to come on Friday at 5:00, I waited until 5:30 that day and no one showed up, so I called. Again, the phone call was terrible phone service and even worse customer service. I was told they stopped spraying when the wind came up (I had not received a call to cancel or reschedule). This was for an indoor service, and it’s Casper, where it’s windy all the time. The person said they would come the next day (Saturday) at 9:00. I waited until 9:30, no call, no show. When I called to find out where they were there was no answer. I do not recommend wasting your time with this pest control service. They obviously don’t want customers and have no decency or manners.

Thought these guys were good until I needed to take advantage of the warranty . Spoke with Lance after being blown off AGAIN for the 4th time. He was unable to say when (if?) he could get tome. His staff was down 3....all I was looking for is a date or some sort of compromise. Nope. Ridiculous and a rip off

Used them for a year to maintain my condo at the Normandy Apartments when Management wasn't willing the take care of their own. The Pest Control Agent was friendly and overall it was good back then since then they have been unreliable and unable to find a place in their schedule for one reason or another.

Wow! I guess if you have to have them do a re-spray they just stop communicating with you. All was well until I asked them to come out and re-spray my house. I tried calling after that to set up my next appt. couldn’t get anyone to answer and it didn’t go to voice mail. I left a message on their web page. They did get back to me and texted back and forth. Then he told me if I didn’t leave a message he couldn’t call back. That he got at least 70 calls a day. I told him the call wasn’t going to voice mail. That was pretty much the end of the conversation. He didn’t bother trying to call or offer to explore the situation just bumped me off their client list. I suppose they can afford to fire their clients if their employees fail to do the job properly. So if you want dependability I don’t think this is the company.
