I called Presto-X in June for an ant and spider issue. The technician came out fairly quickly and informed me that he would be able to spray the premises for our spider and ant problem. He kept saying I had a 21 day warranty meaning they would come out at any time throughout the 21 days and retreat if we were still having issues. When I originally called the company they actually told me it was 30 days not 21. The ant spiders came back within one week after treatment. I immediately called the company and let them know the issues we were having. The technician informed me that I would continue to have this problem if I didn’t sign up for their monthly treatment plan. I’ve never had a monthly insect treatment plan. That seems a bit excessive for an ant problem. The technician seemed more interested in selling me the monthly plan rather than actually dealing with my current problem. He then kept telling me about the 21 day warranty and how I only had 21 days but whenever I would reach out to the company headquarters, they informed me that it was in fact, 30 days. The technician then told me that the treatment was never going to work because he didn’t use the strongest treatment available. So I paid $270 for a treatment that he knew wouldn’t work. I called this company every week since then demanding a refund of my $270 since the ants and spiders are back in full force. They refused to refund my money, upholding their 30 day warranty and refuse to call me back. Save yourself the heartache and go with a different company.

Cliff always does an amazing job. He is always professional friendly and he gets the job done quick and shares any and all findings and provides me with information. Going forward to reduce any pest activity.

Called to get a quote. The man on the phone was very unprofessional and actually laughed at me when I said that I was all set because I thought it was too expensive. I'm also not quite sure how he even came to that quote without having someone come out to see the issue. Needless to say I will never work with this company due to the lack of professionalism in that phone call and being mocked and laughed at.

Cliff has been coming to our facility for 7 months now and he’s great to work with, enjoyable and easy to get along with. We’ve had something pop up on a day he’s scheduled and he’s prepared no matter what it is. We appreciate all the work he’s done for us

Tech was an awesome personality. Help work out some problems we had with our employer. Even thought we had no contract on this bldg he worked with his boss to put out temp traps to help with our mice trouble. Absolutely a great company to work with

We have relatively recently switched technicians and I must say we have been thoroughly impressed. Since taking over our location, we have not had any activity of concern. He even noticed an extra fly light to keep flies at bay during the warmer months. All in all, very impressed with the level of detail and results!

She answers any questions that I have, and always comes in with a positive attitude and pleasant things to say about my store. I'm always happy to see her show up for routine inspections. Our fly problem has gone down tremendously since we started getting weekly visits. Last year we really struggled to keep the fly population down but with the help from Carlos we rarely see any.

Sam is really doing a great job handling all aspects of pest control for our facility here at Western Sugar in Sterling Colorado. She answers any questions we have and has or will update anything that needs it. Sam's a very nice person.

Sam dose a great job at getting things done, has helped getting new bug lights and traps for our facility, checks the traps and cleans them every visit. She is knowledgeable on what needs to be done and listening to what our concerns are and helps get them worked out.
