Parm's is contracted for snow removal from the park I live in. I am disabled, but I cleared the snow out of my parking spots and also partially cleared the roadway as parm's had not done so this morning. when I came out later in the day, there was a plow drift blocking my entire parking area but still in the roadway. I left a message with the park management due to the fact that this was more than a normal plow drift and that the garbage service will most likely not pick up my garbage due to the

I had recently posted a bad review for snowplowing. I truly need to 'eat crow'. It was a misunderstanding that escalated across the neighborhood in a manner that it should not have happened. The customer service at Parm's is FANTASTIC. If you have any issues with the company, SPEAK with them & the owner will to his best to resolve your issue. I also have my lawn sprayed by them in the warm season and my grass looks so much better than before this service. Plus, the mosquito control is great! My
