Michael has been servicing our lake home on Okauchee for a few years now after we initially made the terrible decision to use Orkin. Michael addressed the mouse problem that Orkin could not and has significantly reduced other insects like spiders around the outside and inside of our home. He does not try to oversell you ineffective treatments like other pest control businesses and is always there to answer any questions. We highly recommend his company and love to support a locally owned business!

Mike was fast to reply to my call of critter(s) in attic and within short time identified port of entry where traps were set. I was fortunate to only have one red squirrel caught and afterwards sites were plugged w/o any further incident. He was very knowledgeable, honest and reasonable in price. Very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Excellent and prompt customer service. Mike is on top of it. We have an old house, painted white and near a lake. The spider web buildup has made our house look dirty for years. Mike and Ben did an excellent job of cleaning the house and spraying. We will continue as a customer for years to come.

We called mike at 11:30 am for an active bee’s nest that popped up recently around our front door. He was able to get here by 2 pm after another job finished. Mike is very customer focused. Three years ago he removed a large bald-faced hornet nest from our backyard pine tree, a ground bees nest by out patio, and some wasp nests in the shutters. He was prompt, courteous, effective, and priced right. He told us about his whole house exterior seasonal preventative which we've had applied every June and since have never had another issue. We highly recommend his services.

Excellent service ... I have tried my way and failed . I have tried another name brand pest control and failed. Called Mike up and told him I need help. I have bees in the ground on my front yard . They were able to come out rather quickly and bees were gone first try. Highly recommended this company ... service guys that came out were fun and knowledgeable.. I used Proactive last fall in Lake Country and Mike and his service is fantastic. No bugs over the whole winter season, and I am having him return. Have used other exterminators at our other homes and ProActive is great. Magic. No spiders!!

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have used him at our old home to seal up entrances where bats were entering and now at our new home for bees and beetles. He was recently just out to look at our boxelder problem and told us to wait to do anything until it got warmer but gave us tips to keep it under control until he shoulf do a treatment. He said he could spray now too but would only last for so long. Definitely great customer service and I would recommend him to anyone!

He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a hard working, honest guy. Highly recommend! They came the same day we called with a carpenter ant problem. They were very honest on the phone about what we actually needed (big company wanted more money and to do unnecessary treatment). They also have a warranty and will come back and spray if we have any issues!

We had Pro Active Pest Solutions at Sandy Beach Resort in Wisconsin Dells and they did a wonderful job. We could not have been more pleased. Mike is the owner and he was very professional. The price was more than fair for the service provided. We will use them again.

Last month Mike safely relocated a raccoon that had become a permanent fixture on our deck. Mike was both knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to address our concerns in the process of relocation and the effects on an animal being relocated. He spent time surveying our property for a nearby den and the potential of a mother raccoon raising her young. Once the raccoon was trapped Mike's response time back to us was immediate and his kindness for our concerns were once again addressed by a follow up call confirming that the raccoon was indeed a male and an explanation of how the release of the raccoon had gone. His knowledge and customer service skills as well as his respect for animals are immeasurable. He made what was a difficult decision for me much easier.

Needed a quick fix for active bees so I called 4 exterminators on a Saturday. Mike was the only exterminator to call me back within minutes. As a matter of fact, he was the only one to call me back. He did the job the same day and even took the time to survey our entire yard. I will use Mike again because he was FAST, PROFESSIONAL and GOT THE JOB DONE with safety being his main concern.
