I understand that you are frustrated about rising costs. We would also love for costs to remain steady. Each year, we set our pricing for the year ahead based on our own operating expenses. We share our updated pricing in early November (2025) so that we can be fair and transparent with our customers.<br><br>We offer different payment package options and incentives to find solutions that work best for each customer’s preferences. We know that every customer has a choice, and we are truly thankful that you have chosen Be Green Pro over the last few years. Having a choice is exactly why we are in business — to provide a truly sustainable, natural approach so that people have a meaningful alternative to traditional lawn care.<br><br>If you are looking for what we offer, you will not receive it from traditional “pet-safe,” pesticide-based providers. Some customers have found that when they ask what products are being used and why they are considered “pet friendly,” the answers are not truly an apples-to-apples comparison with Be Green Pro. With us, the products are different, our team brings expert knowledge and experience to support them, and you receive both quality and value in what you pay for.<br><br>We send multiple email and text notifications and also attempt a personal call to ensure customers are aware of new pricing and have the opportunity to adjust services before billing begins on January 15, 2026. Our billing and payment policies have not changed. The monthly payment option is structured to create a balanced, incremental budget throughout the season, and this information would have been shared with you several times prior to billing so that changes could be made if needed.

Hi Chad. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can see that we last serviced your property in 2021 and now it is 2024. Is there a particular reason you waited to share your review from many years ago at this time? From what I can see in your account, the amount billed for your integrated pest application was the same amount on the estimate you signed and accepted. Robbie, who no longer works with Be Green Pro, created the estimate. Perhaps it is that disgruntled former employee who created this problem? Hello Tom - I'm terribly sorry to see your review. I'm looking at the history of your service account and would like to discuss this with you personally. We usually speak with your wife and have only had interactions with positive outcomes on record and show her as providing a 5 star review on her after service surveys. I would be happy to address any of the concerns you have personally. Additionally, I'll add a reply here: 1. Our ice melt is a non-salt, non-chloride personal formulation that is exclusive to our company. It is non-corrosive, natural product that is actually beneficial to plants. We have received one complaint other than yours in the past 10 years of formulating this product stating that it damaged grass. We found the area where it was applied to have been heavily over-applicated and pooled consistently for the product to sit in concentrated form. Too much of even a good thing can become problematic. In either case, we are happy to make repairs. 2. If there is a problem with application of product, we are always happy to resolve. All of our fertilizer is organic based, and our weed control is low toxicity. Due to the slow-release quality of the fertilizer, there is very little chance of striping or burning as the nutrients provide feeding as the turf grass needs it. Occasionally human error may occur, and we are happy to take responsibility for it. All of our technicians are thoroughly licensed and trained. If there is an application error, we encourage them to notify the office at Be Green Pro and the client so we can attend to it immediately. They are rewarded for that honesty. We have no technicians on staff with any blatant history of neglectful service. More often than not, we see difficult turf situations occur due to harsh weather conditions as well as mowing conditions. We are happy to review any concerns with a personal consultation with our expert horticulturist on staff, any office team member or directly with your service technician at any time. As a small, local company, we always offer personal service. 3. Most lawn service companies within the state of WI automatically renew service as a legal way of providing continual service for their clients when service is appropriate. It is legally required on all service documents to notify clients that their service automatically renews from year to year unless cancelled. All of our service documents and email notification regarding service and renewal of service clearly state that we provide auto renewal as a convenience for uninterrupted service. We give ample notice and opportunity including multiple ways to communicate with us in the event you would like to change or cancel service. We do have a policy regarding cancellation so that no account is cancelled in error or service is changed accidentally. However, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with the service we provide, and clients can cancel anytime. There is a stipulation that you must cancel prior to us arriving at the property or there will be a stop charge applied or if service is provided prior to cancellation, the client is responsible for the payment of service. Additionally, we provide several options for service prenotification and always email within 7 days so there is no surprise service applications. Ample time is provided prior to any service application to cancel with no fee. 4. We took the time in recent years to obtain reputable legal services to protect our clients as well as ourselves with a detailed service contract that outlines the conditions of service and expectations for both parties. We are legally obligated to use all products according to legal product labeling and state required license and service ordinances. We ask our clients to abide by the labeling of any products they purchase from us as well. The contract is sent by email with every service estimate and also always available on our website for viewing anytime.

We visited for service on Tuesday and the occurrence was not reported until the following Saturday.. We cannot say what happened between that time, as we do have pictures showing that your gate was clearly shut after service per your request. We forwarded the after service pictures taken from the last visit per your request. We make every effort to provide top quality sustainable service and customer care.<br><br>Our techs work really hard to make lawns as beautiful as they can with sustainable products. Our mission is to offer a service that is safer for you, your pets, and the planet.<br>We hand select all of our technicians and take them through an extensive training program. Part of the training is to have them shut any gates that need to be opened for service<br><br>It is clear that your technician has shut the gate after each visit.<br><br>Additionally, as an added precaution, we notify prior to service so you know we’ll be on your property, and clearly request that property owners check gates following service as part of our contract. As property care partners we need to work together.<br><br>We view our relationship with our customers as a partnership and ask them to call or txt or email us if there is ever anything that we can improve. We wish we could have resolved this matter before seeing you go, and receiving your unsatisfactory review, but wish you the best as you move forward.

Hello again, after posting the message below, I went back to find you in our client service program and I cannot locate your name, property or contact information at all. I cannot follow through to provide further information because your contact is not stored there. As with many companies right now, unfortunately, we have had difficulty finding office staff that has been available or reliable. We did hire a few people who did not stay with us. We have a loyal, long term staff, but in spring we have a big influx of new calls. We planned to keep current and personally attend each important new person by onboarding new staff. I believe your estimate was given to a new staff member who did not follow through and is no longer here. Another thing that occurred a few times this spring was people called a company in Milwaukee with a very similar name that just opened recently. That company does not serve our area and simply did not reply to those clients. It is possible, you did not actually reach our company at all. In fact, they opened under a name we used prior to becoming Be Green Pro. This is extremely unfortunate for us both, and I am not able to correct what occurred in the past. Before this area became populated and cultivated, the entire area was was fields of grass, prairies, waters or woodlands. Grasses are natural, necessary and native to the area. As land becomes more and more engineered to share space between human beings and nature, healthy lawns play a role in many ways to create and preserve clean air, clean water, climate control, deter erosion, sound pollution, provide habitat and food sources, absorb pollutants, and provide clean, safe spaces for human play and connecting with nature. The healthier the grass and more naturally it is cared for provides enhancement to all the areas mentioned above in addition to growing living soils which help keep land rich and lower pest activity of weeds, insects and disease, which untended would grow out of control due to lack of predators (invasive species) and the challenge of environmental change. Human beings are to be stewards of the land and creation, which means we help tend it, especially when we change it. At Be Green Pro, llc we work to tend it responsibly using nutrition and natural products when ever possible. If the land needs care, we work to do it in harmony with people, planet, pets, and properties. We can't eliminate chemicals and pesticides, but we can lower toxicity and use less quantities.
