1st Choice Pest Control

Had a technician come today at my new apartment. He took the only key to my apartment as well as leaving my place unlocked when he left. Maintenance staff contacted the company but they pretty much just sided with their technician. I don’t know about anyone else but it seems kinda creepy knowing there’s some technician out there with a key to my place. I won’t be staying there until new locks are installed. I’m waiting for camera footage to load up to see if he did more than just take a key. So

Kyle was my service tech and a pleasure to work with. He contacts me before coming, so I can communicate areas of problems or any concerns I may have. He is very willing to address those areas and does a great job treating my property. The company as a whole works to make scheduling and payments easy, and they are willing to work with me on times and dates when needed. I would recommend this company.

Charges are not transparent up front. For $235. I already had in place mice bait traps…very similar to theirs but they had to replace those… then said they will come back and check them but after that it’s another charge (I believe $150) to refill traps…however, in the past I paid $60. Twice a year…. Too cost prohibitive for those of us on a fixed income.
