Had a technician come today at my new apartment. He took the only key to my apartment as well as leaving my place unlocked when he left. Maintenance staff contacted the company but they pretty much just sided with their technician. I don’t know about anyone else but it seems kinda creepy knowing there’s some technician out there with a key to my place. I won’t be staying there until new locks are installed. I’m waiting for camera footage to load up to see if he did more than just take a key. So

I had a wasp nest and posted on the Next Door app. Garrett's wife responded that her husband, Garrett takes care of that problem! I called them up, set up an appointment, and it has been a week since he came over, and no more wasps! He came over at the appointment time, was friendly and efficient. We had evidence of mice in the attic so we had nuisance pros come out and take a look. Nathan was very professional and very thorough in evaluating the home and where they could be getting in. He gave us tips on how to take care of the issue. He gave us a quote to come out and seal it, but also gave us the information so we could do it ourselves as we have done similar house projects in the past.
