ABC Animal Control

After finding signs of mice in our garage and basement, we contacted ABC Animal Control because the website indicated that they do not use poison in their process of removal and/or prevention of pests. Tom was thorough in his inspection around the entire outside foundation of our home. He was very clear in explaining every possible entry point, his recommendations for repair, and a detailed estimate of the cost. After completion of the job, he again was very thorough in showing us each area that he repaired. His work was done very neatly, with products to nicely match our house and foundation. After several weeks, our home is now mouse-free. We would definitely recommend his services.

Tom came out to my duplex to investigate some rustling in the attics of both units. He did a quick inspection inside and out (though was hampered by recent snowfall), then set several traps in the attics. He was very accommodating in working with my schedule to return in 5 days to check for activity. I will have him back again once the weather improves so he can do a more complete inspection of entry/exit points; he's obviously extremely knowledgeable. Oh, and he spotted the damaged license plate on my car and secured it with some screws he had in the truck before he left. He's just one of those guys - sees a problem and goes the extra mile to find a solution!

We had a mouse problem for probably 20, 20 plus years. Every time my husband “fixed it”, lo and behold, the mice were back. It got to the point where it got out of control and I knew we had to get a professional in to take care of this situation. I did some research and reached out to ABC Animal Pest Control in Manitowoc. Tom came to our residence, found the source of the problem and took care of it!! So very happy to say we are mice free after so many years. You could see that Tom was very passionate about his work and extremely educated in this field. His communication with us was great! He was busy and couldn’t get to us right warm away, but calked us several times to let us know he was still scheduled to come by us and after the repair, he made follow up phone calls to see how things were and if the mice were gone. Such a person! Very compassionate about his work!! Would highly recommend him to anyone for any pest problems!

Had wasps getting out of hand in our soffit, with one call to ABC they were taken care of before I got home from work!

Had an issue with yellow jackets finding there way into the roof of our bedroom. The problem was so bad the drywall was deteriorating on the inside of our home. If it wasn't for tom coming out late that night after all the wasp had gone into the nest. I think we would still be having issues but he got it resolved that night and kept in touch to see if any more wasps were coming in. He is an excellent person and great business man highly recommend 👍

My dad had issues with wasps in two locations. One in the bushes and one in the home foundation. Tom was prompt and took care of both locations with professionalism that night. My dad was very satisfied and would highly recommend Tom to take care of your pest control issues.

Can’t think of a better definition of a crook. This guy has you sign a $750 agreement to evaluate the property, then won’t leave unless you pay him $1000. Steer clear!

Tom came to my house in 2015 to address a bat concern. He was through inside and out. No issues until 3 weeks ago. We had a bat in our living space. I called Tom. He promptly called me back. I was able to find the bat. Tom drove 40 mins to my house to extract the bat. He then went around my house inside and out looking for a possible access point. He discovered what was the likely location and instructed me how to take care of it. He then directed me to how to assure there were no more inside my house. He kept in constant contact. Tom is very pationate about his work. Kept a personal touch which is not typical. Very much appreciate what he did 10 years ago and what he's done for me recently. Highly recommend him for any animal issues he has expertise in.

ABC got back to us right away. We had multiple wasp nests in the foundation of our home that the wasps had made their way inside. Tom came over right away and he set up a plan and got to it that night. He followed up many times to make sure the problem with the wasps was solved and remained that way. I highly recommend ABC.

Did decent work, asked for a Google Review as that was all he needed. Then after I put a good review, sent me a bill for far to much; since he was here once for 10 minutes. He solved the problem and was respectful of my property and dogs but WAY OVER PRICED.

I highly recommend ABC Animal control to others. They were very prompt on getting back to me and were quick to take care of a wasp nest in between the siding of my house. They also took the time to follow up with me to ensure there wasn't anymore activity with the hive and offered to come back if I was having issues still. I would definitely use again in the future if needed.

Very thorough job removing bats from our chimney. Good communication about the situation; rectified a number of potential entry points for pest. Very knowledgeable. Only thing that would be better would be to provide estimates along the way-I realize that things can change upon inspection & throughout the process, but this was VERY expensive. Not arguing about the cost, just would’ve been great to have an idea of how high the bill would be.

Hired to trap a skunk in the yard. Captured two racoons and a opossum instead. Two weeks later still couldn't trap the right animal. Got charged over $800.00, I'll never use this guy again.

Absolutely awful experience - difficult to setup an appointment w/ them for our issue (wasp nest removal); the facility is located less than a quarter mile away and we had to pay a $100 trip charge for the inspection of the property; incredibly expensive for what was conducted (no estimate of the work was provided) - we just had to pay whatever he says. Cancelled our service in the "middle" of his work since we had no idea or explanations as to what still needed to happen or what it would cost. Moving forward with L & S Pest Control instead (reasonably priced and have great reviews)

Way too expensive!!!!! We had 5 squirrel removed from our porch,and a couple pieces of sheet metal put up, and it came to $2,081 I guess you live and learn. I learned that if we ever have a Squirrel problem again, we will NOT be working with this company. Terrible rip off!!!!!!!
