Tom came out to my duplex to investigate some rustling in the attics of both units. He did a quick inspection inside and out (though was hampered by recent snowfall), then set several traps in the attics. He was very accommodating in working with my schedule to return in 5 days to check for activity. I will have him back again once the weather improves so he can do a more complete inspection of entry/exit points; he's obviously extremely knowledgeable. Oh, and he spotted the damaged license…
