Travis is professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. His pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies. He was also very patient and responded to calls and texts promptly.

I started using Premier Pest & Travis after trying 2 other exterminator companies, unsuccessfully, for basement mouse issues. He was the first tech to find the outside entries, which our HOA then sealed. So far 3 months with no activity after dealing with this for 3 years and costly services! Travis is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He is patient & has good attention to detail. He explained why he uses traps versus poison bait stations. He also vacuumed the droppings mess in my basement dropped ceiling, without leaving a mess like the previous company did. I highly recommend Premier Pest!

Travis did a great job of explaining the process of mice to me. He didn’t rush our phone call at all and answered the thousand questions I had which was probably over 15 mins long. Although he wasn’t able to offer what we were looking for he was able to still help us figure out a solution which saved us so much time. Travis responded immediately when we had a nasty hornets nest in a tree in our front yard. He eradicated the problem in 2 stages first spraying the nest and then removing the nest the next day. No hornets now. He even took care of a yellow jacket nest at 2nd day near the hornets nest and we have no problems now. I highly, highly recommend Travis to help in pest areas!! Mark Eckhardt

Oh my, my yellow jacket bee problem has been solved! I called Thursday and explained my problem. He was able to come the next day-Friday. I had a stream of active bees entering under my house siding , and then the bees were starting to find their way into the basement. It was not a good situation. Travis came , examined the situation and then applied his magic solution to the outside hole entry and applied spray to the inside basement windows. After 3 hrs the bee activity stopped outside and inside. The inside bees were attracted to the light of the basement windows …. I saw about 10-20 bees flying around …. Yuk… But 3 hrs later when I was brave enough to check the basement … they were all dead! Yay! Great job Premier Pest Solutions! Travis was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything, answered all my questions, listened and cared about the situation. I definitely will use him again (if needed) and I strongly recommend his services to anyone with a bee problem! His work is guaranteed and only a phone call or text away. I was amused when he said he has a “license to kill” …. bugs of course. Thanks again!! The added pictures were the dead bees which died in the basement and fell right into the utility sink, all within 3 hrs. I am so glad I called the professional….Premier Pest Solutions!

Absolutely love our experience with Premier Pest! We used to have these HUGE black spiders that would come back every year outside and have had absolutely no sightings since having Travis out. I also so appreciate how thoughtful he was in making sure our dog wasn’t exposed to anything! Highly recommend!
