Sonya and Rio have been truly a pleasure to work with. I have no experience with bedbugs, and had recently brought one home from my job in healthcare. When my dermatologist confirmed the bites I had were bedbugs I was immediately overwhelmed and grossed out simultaneously. Sonya was able to give practical advice to both prevent the scenario in the future and address the situation currently on hand. Rio came out to spray my unit and set traps in my neighbors. (Apartment complex). I received a courtesy call as he was on his way, and he was on time. I found him very personable and easy to work with. He combed through my entire unit with diligence searching for any sign of the critters, in which he did eventually find after almost 30 minutes of looking. I was conveniently (not) already in the middle of remodeling my apartment. I had two bedrooms crammed into my living room but it did not seem to hinder his ability to do his job. Naturally my neighbors were concerned- one of them is kind of a handful to be blunt… nonetheless, I was really impressed with the patience and professionalism that Rio showed. When she would escalate, Rio just stood on a rock- calm and un phased. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and would certainly call them again if I ever needed a service they offered! 5/5

Ehlers has been absolutely phenomenal to work with over the past few years. I previously used one of the larger, heavily advertised companies, and the level of service and the “treatment plan” approach just wasn’t effective for my needs. After doing some searching, I reached out to a few exterminators and pest management companies and ultimately chose Ehlers—and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and most importantly, effective. They quickly addressed the pests and insects we were dealing with and provided real solutions instead of temporary fixes. Ehlers originally started servicing my rental properties, and after seeing the results, I put them on a recurring schedule at my own home as well. One of the biggest differences is consistency: I typically have the same technician, which I never had with my prior company. A huge shoutout to Ryan—he does an outstanding job and truly knows my properties inside and out. He takes the time to look for the root cause of issues, explains what he’s seeing, and makes practical recommendations. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it doesn’t feel like one of those companies that simply shows up to “inspect” and profit off service calls. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Ehlers. I rarely write reviews, but they’ve absolutely earned this one. Highly recommend.

So happy we went with Ehlers, Ryan has been incredible, professional, and kind. We have been working with them for about a year for general pest management after finding some unwanted bugs in the basement. During a routine visit, I mentioned to Ryan that we had a few too many ants by our deck and he found a large nest of carpenter ants. He was able to take care of them while he was here and we have had no issues since. I have and will continue to recommend Ehlers and Ryan to anyone and everyone who will listen!

Ryan from Ehlers Pest same to our home to perform a monthly check of rodent bait stations he had placed. He is a friendly person and knowledgeable about pest control. He got right to work by first checking the attic bait station and found no activity. He finished checking the outside stations and when done, let me know what he found. Ryan has performed his job well and we'll continue to use Ehlers for our mouse issue.

Strongly recommend! Local company so the fees are completely reasonable and staff is very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. We had yellow-jackets in our basement with multiple nests, they came out same day and addressed our concerns. Will be calling for all future needs.

He put us at ease right away and took care of a truly unwelcome cockroach situation. The level of detail and care was top-notch: if we forgot to move the dog bowls, Ryan took care of it. His notes after each visit were clear and helpful, and the text message reminders before and after appointments made everything super convenient. We’ve decided to suspend service for now, but only because Ryan did such a good job that we’re currently bug-free! If anything creepy crawls back, we’ll be calling [Company Name] without hesitation. I called them because their website said they're a locally-owned family business with an environmentally friendly approach. John Ehlers arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, provided information about our options, and focused on custom service. Another company we used previously was more perfunctory, less helpful. Ehlers' office staff person was also very helpful. She was not on a switchboard in another state.
